"A lovely looking hotel overlooking the beach, a great location. Be aware there is only one car parking slot for the hotel, parking is pot luck on the roads outside, which become very busy during the summer months. The room we had was clean with a side view of the sea and fresh fruit provided, it would have been nice to have a bottle of water that wasn't part of the mini bar. The staff were really friendly and helpful, apart from the chef. Breakfast is quite pricey, you are given a tick sheet the night before to let the kitchen know your requirements, which is a great idea to prevent waste. I made a mistake and ticked the box at the wrong end of my chosen dish, easily done with the layout. My fault but the chef refused to help correct it. I expected better of a 4 star hotel. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was helpful."

"We loved the location, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was stunning and truly refreshing. We would love to come back to this beautiful place and definitely stay at this lovely hotel again!"

"Pros: One of the few properties that had heat and hot water at any time of the day. This 3star hotel is directly across the sanctuary making it an excellent location. For a fee it has patron parking at rear of hotel and offers continental breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. They offered dessert and a beverage near the lobby desk every day. Cons: It could be 3.5 star hotel or better if the main carpeted areas were clean or replaced along with the dingy bedroom furniture."

"Rooms are above a seafood restaurant and even on the top floor everything smelled of fish and the crab tanks from restaurant. The old, plastic, tattered shower curtain was hanging by a thread (3 shower rings left), the beds were horribly uncomfortable, it was super noisy, the patio door wouldn’t slide open because it was off the track, tried to open the blinds and the pull cord came right off… pretty much the worst stay I’ve had in a really long time, and all for a premium price! Do yourself a favor and keep looking!! "
