Casa Perez welcomes you to Málaga, offering a comfortable 156 sqm villa perfect for up to 6 guests. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, a living room with fireplace and TV, and beach towels for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, private covered and uncovered terraces, and a private fully fenced outdoor pool open from April to September. You can relax with mountain views, use the private grill, or refresh yourself with the outdoor shower.



Street parking is available, and 1 pet is allowed. Events are not permitted on the property, and smoking inside is prohibited.
