Villa Grace is located near Alcamo beach, precisely 200 meters from the sea.

The villa is just a few meters from the sea and is set in a quiet setting, ideal for families or groups of friends.

The villa also boasts large outdoor spaces with a relaxation area, a solarium where you can bask in the sun, and a barbecue for outdoor grilling.

You can enjoy your meals outdoors in complete relaxation. Inside the villa, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with tableware. The bathroom has a shower but no bidet. There's also a laundry room where you can do your laundry. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. There's also a third shared bathroom. Inside, you'll also find a spacious living room with sofas and a Smart TV where you can spend relaxing hours watching a movie or your favorite series. Outside, there's a covered veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and a sofa for your peaceful evenings outdoors.

The Villa, besides being close to the sea, is also strategically located near several tourist destinations such as Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Marsala Salt Pans, Trapani, and Mazara del Vallo, famous for its quality seafood. Just over 60 km away, you can reach the city of Palermo for a tour of the historic center and a visit to the countless churches and points of historical and artistic interest. Nearby, you can also rent boats and book various excursions, such as visits to the islands of Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo. Several natural areas are nearby.
