Luxury Villa With Spectacular Views And Private Heated Pool and Wifi

Individually designed beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa standing in its own grounds. The villa is elevated on a hillside overlooking the Harbour and picturesque villages of Las Fuentas and Alcossebre with its 5 blue flag beaches, shops and restaurants. Fabulous 9 metre pool and terraces set in landscaped gardens creating option for sun and shade as required. Downstairs covered terrace with dining furniture to seat 8 and views over pool and out across the villages and marina. 2 upstairs open terraces with bistro tables and chairs ideal for breakfast breathtaking views to include pine forests, early morning and all day sun. The benefit of flying to this area is the availability of return flights for £50 per person, if booked early, the owners can give further details. Pool heating is at an additional cost based purely on oil usage.

Home is beautiful. View is stunning. Communication with owner is brilliant. We had the pool heated and the spent the whole holiday in October in the pool. Perfect!

Alcossebre Delight

We loved the house. And although we went over to Peñiscola (& loved it), we also loved the seas side town of Alcossebre. Rob’s house is at the top of a hill and you can see for miles. We didn’t use the pool, but it would be great for the grandkids. It was definitely a great vacation.

Lovely villa

The Villa is lovely, clean, homely, has all you need and plenty of hot water. View amazing.The pool is lovely too. The property is overlooked by a large apartment block opposite and if you are going this year, just check before you book, whether or not the neighbours are still having building work done. Otherwise a lovely stay in a good location.

Fantastic Alcossebre Villa

Fantastic villa in a lovely location, very quiet - amazing mountain and sea views from the balcony. The children enjoyed the pool. There are some great pebble beaches nearby with good snorkelling, and if you drive further afield some good - albeit busy - sandy beaches. All in all, a great place to stay- can’t fault the accommodation or communication from Rob who was brilliant - would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location & Stunning View

Amazing- What a lovely villa in a PRIME location for stunning views from the elevated position. Nothing blocking your view of the blue Mediterranean, harbour and local town. Wake up, eat, swim, relax and all with a beautiful view. The villa is well equipped and has a home from home feel. The local Comsium supermarket is less than 5 minutes away and very well priced. We drove from UK to Spain so it was easy to get around and visit many places. Luckily the weather was 22 to 23oC and we visited 17th May so before peak season for heat but lovely. The owners very nice and super helpful, helping us settle in. The pool can be heated and this makes a difference but in peak time you may not need heating as sun will be on it. This is our first villa holiday and we look forward to re booking next year. All beds nice as is the ceiling fan in the bedroom, keeping us cool. The owners excellent helping to ensure we settle in well via phone, email, text or wattsapp. The pool is maintained but a pool contractor and the cleaner really did a great job for us. A nice touch with milk, juice and tea bags waiting for us. Hopefully we can re book for 2024. The elevated position was important to us for the views both within the day and night time. Wonderful Villa, Excellent Price This is a must visit !!!

Espectacular casa con vistas de lujo

Tal como se ve en las fotos, sin engaños. La casa está muy limpia y bien cuidada, y tiene todo lo necesario. Muy amplia y cómoda por dentro. Desde las terrazas puedes disfrutar de unas vistas al mar de lujo. El propietario muy atento y cordial en todo momento. . Volveremos.

Wonderful Property

This is a beautiful house with amazing views. The house is high up on the hills, so offers amazing panoramic biews of the sea and hills on the back. The hose itself is gorgeous with a lovely pool, garden and very comfortable inside. It has all the necessary things required for the stay including well equipped kitchen. Everythkng in the house was very clean. The town is a short drive away and a car is a necessity because of the distance and the steep road. Unfortunately we were at the property during the heavy rains in Spain, but felt safe in the house. The owner Rob was in touch often to check if we're doing fine. He was also very responsive to our queries or requests. Really appreciate his assistance. Would definitely recommend the place.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison était bien équipé et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Il y a un chemin balisé derrière la maison qui va jusqu’à la mer et qui passe par la pinède.

Top-Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Ich war im Juni mit 4 Freunden in der Villa. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und den Ort Alcoceber. Komplett eingerchtete Küche mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Wunderbare Bäder, schöne Schlafzimmer, gute Matratzen. Einziges was ich bemängeln kann, dass die Doppelbetten nur 1,60 Meter breit sind und die Einzelbetten auch nur 80 cm breit sind. Gefehlt hat uns ein Wäscheständer und große Badetücher für den Strand. Ansonsten ist diese Villa absolut empfehlenswert.

Beautiful !

Process was very smooth and was very impressed, villa was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Had to be quick in the shower as hot water did not last long, also had to bleed the radiators as the heating was not working but after that it was fine (think this was simply because nobody had been there and had not been used alot through the summer) hardly anything open but supermarkets in the area 1 or 2 restaurants but this was not a issue for us as we were there for sport and not there alot and you need to be super fit or get a taxi home if going out walking as the villa is right at the top of a mega hill. But overall we were super impressed and would definately return next year !

Amazing villa

We had a lovely family holiday in this amazing villa with stunning views. Was a little concerned before going as there’s no air conditioning but honestly you don’t need it as there was always a lovely breeze in the evenings. We walked to the marina which wasn’t to far as there’s lots of stairs cutting out the bending roads up-to the villa. Definitely recommend

Excelente vivienda y preciosas vistas

Lo mejor, las preciosas vistas al mar, que se disfrutan principalmente desde el porche (mesa extensible con capacidad para 8 personas). Piscina bonita y práctica con muy buen mantenimiento. La vivienda, sin ser moderna, es cómoda y está limpia y bien equipada. Lugar tranquilo, ideal para familias o para grupos. Necesidad de vehículo para acceder y desplazamientos. El propietario, muy atento y amable. Totalmente recomendable.

Desconexion en chalet de lujo

En primer lugar comentar que el propietario ha dado todas las facilidades para nuestro alojamiento. El alojamiento es muy completo y la zona exterior de lujo. El equipamiento de la barbacoa y los utensilios de la piscina completísimo. Un verdadero lugar para descansar con la familia.

Villa muy cómoda, y bien equipada. La zona en la que está ubicada es de lo mejor en cuanto a paisaje. Por poner alguna pega, un poco de ruido por el bloque de apartamentos cercanos.
