Ne vaut pas un 3 Ć©toiles.

Le lieu est bien situĆ© mais cet hĆ“tel nā€™est pas un 3 Ć©toiles. Nous avons 45 min pour trouver lā€™appartement que nous avions rĆ©servĆ©, tellement les indications donnĆ©es par la rĆ©ception Ć©taient mauvaises. Le lit nā€™Ć©tait pas un queen size comme annoncĆ© sur le site, mais 2 lits une place collĆ©s. Il sā€™Ć©cartaient au moindre mouvement, pas terrible lorsquā€™on dort en couple. De plus lā€™un des matelas avait un Ć©norme renfoncement ce qui nā€™Ć©tait pas du tout confortable. Lā€™appartement Ć©tait sale quand nous sommes arrivĆ©s, jā€™ai du le nettoyer en arrivant. Le mobilier est trĆØs bas de gamme et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qui Ć©taient sur le site. La salle de bain aussi est vraiment bas de gamme et mal entretenue. En plein Ć©tĆ© je suis Ć©tonnĆ©e que les appartements en location nā€™aient pas la climatisation. Il a fallu quā€™on paye pour avoir une climatisation dā€™appoint. Les serviettes nā€™Ć©taient pas inclues dans la location, il fallait payer pour ce service Ć©galement. Cet hĆ“tel pose beaucoup de conditions lorsquā€™on doit rendre la location a la fin du sĆ©jour mais ils ne respectent pas ces exigences pour les clients. Jā€™ai vraiment Ć©tĆ© dƩƧue de lā€™appartement que nous avons eu et je ne le recommande pas. Heureusement que nous y avons passĆ© que 3 nuits. Il nā€™y avait pas de wifi non plus, mĆŖme les formules 1 en France ont la wifi et un service meilleur que cet hĆ“tel.

Umgebung und Lage sind sehr gut Unrichtige Angaben zur Abholung der SchlĆ¼ssel, wir haben zusammen mit einem anderen Paar zunƤchst an der angegeben, aber falschen Adresse gesucht; SchlĆ¼ssel waren einfach im Hotel abzuholen. Unser Apartment war absolut minimal ausgestattet (Geschirr), die Matratzen katastrophal, wir hatten danach RĆ¼ckenschmerzen; die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Nos alojamos por una noche y nos sentimos en un alojamiento trampa, el checking es a las 17 y checkout a las 10 de la maƱana estĆ” marcado! Lo curioso la tarifa ā‚¬ā‚¬ para entrar antes en tramos horariosā€¦y parecida para el checkoutā€¦eso si nos informan que al contratar por su web podemos entrar antes y salir mĆ”s tarde(en el horario habitual) @hoteles.com deberĆ­a opinar. Habitualmente en todos los hospedajes me piden dejar un nĆŗmero de visa como seguro(lĆ³gico) aquĆ­ te piden bloquear directamente 150ā‚¬ por posibles desperfectos, por ello miramos bien todos los desperfectos del apartamento, que fueron variosā€¦ PĆ©sima comunicaciĆ³n a la que nos invitaron hacerlo vĆ­a whatsapp, consultas o a informar de lo que necesitĆ”ramos, esta modalidad bien gestionada es genial conozco casos Ć©xito, aquĆ­ pĆ©simo despuĆ©s de que nadie respondiera a varias consultas escritas ni llamadasā€¦ Indicaciones de cĆ³mo llegar a la zona de apartamentos, nula. DespuĆ©s de descifrar el mapa del que solo te dejan captar una foto y durante el tiempo que intentamos comunicarnos vĆ­a whatsapp nadie respondieraā€¦ Creo que este tipo de establecimiento que carece de el mĆ­nimo tacto no son buenos para la hoteleria. Me sentĆ­ como al comprar un vuelo de Ryanairā€¦ o no estoy acostumbrado o algo cambio y no me di cuenta Pd:Viajo habitualmente por trabajo. No lo recomiendo.

SĆ©jour trĆØs nĆ©gatif, avoir un appartement situĆ© juste au niveau des poubelles (extĆ©rieures) rend le sĆ©jour pas du tout agrĆ©able, le camion passe toutes les nuits vers 3h30 y compris le dimanche, les vacanciers sans gĆŖne jettent leurs bouteilles en pleine nuit. De plus les locataires au dessus de l'appartement faisaient du bruit toutes les nuits (chaises traĆ®nĆ©es, meubles dĆ©placĆ©s, enfants qui courent), malgrĆ© notre demande Ć  l'accueil, rien n'a changĆ©. ObligĆ©s de payer un supplĆ©ment pour la clim, mais qu'on ne peut Ć©videmment mettre que dans une seule piĆØce. Pas du tout pratique quand on en a besoin dans plusieurs chambres au mĆŖme moment, trĆØs bruyante donc la nuit jusqu'Ć  26 degrĆ©s. Parties communes plutĆ“t sales, le mĆ©nage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine. Pas de wifi (en 2021, on croit rĆŖver), mĆŖme si c'Ć©tait Ć©crit sur le site. Points positifs, appartement trĆØs propre. Decepcionante la calidad, la limpieza y los pocos servicios y cobro de 6 euros por toallas pequeƱas y viejisimas que no son reembolsables cuando las devuelves... el papel de baƱo escaso... En fin , las fotos decĆ­an otra cosa y dependiendo de un hotel, crei que serĆ­a otra cosa Por cierto el estado del yacuzzi que habĆ­a situado en la azotea era lamentable, destrozada toda la carcasa y tirados los trozos por toda la azotea, asĆ­ como las sillas tb rotas y un olor insoportable.... tal vez ni han subido a la azotea a comprobar cĆ³mo estĆ” , porque me parece impresentable entregar un apartamento en esas condiciones.

Para hacer el check-in 1 hora de espera. El sofĆ” cama donde duermen dos adultos estĆ” estropeado, le falta una sujeciĆ³n para los pies que hace que no se pueda mantener el cuerpo totalmente horizontal. Las sillas de la terraza rotas en su totalidad, imposible sentarse sin riesgo de caĆ­da. Esta situaciĆ³n se comunica hasta en tres ocasiones, sin obtener respuesta alguna.

TRANQUILO

La direcciĆ³n estaba mal indicada y tardamos como 45 min en encontrar el hotel, en la habitaciĆ³n Ćŗnicamente habĆ­a 2 vasos y dos platos cuando supuestamente la habitaciĆ³n era para 4 personas y no habĆ­a practicamente nada de menaje, el aire acondicinado cuesta 10ā‚¬/dĆ­a. A parte de eso la playa se encuentra cerca y el hotel el tranquilo.

Eramos dos y nos dieron un apartamento con dos habitaciones,lavabo completo y un cuarto de aseo.La cocina estĆ” completamente equipada y tienen una gran terraza. Los Ćŗnicos inconvenientes fueron que al llegar no funcionaba el ascensor y nos dieron un tercer piso.
