"Je regrette simplement d’apprendre seulement une fois le séjour réservé que la piscine n’est finalement pas en service et que ce camping est municipal. Je pense qu’il faut évoluer un petit peu à l’image du climat dans notre pays. Il n’est pas normal qu’en cette période de canicule, aucune disposition ne soit prise pour proposer la piscine, un peu de souplesse…!!C’est dommage de créer d’aussi belles installations et de les gérer dans la lourdeur bien connue des fonctionnaires en FRANCE. "We spent a great week in this property with 5 people and a dog We had a really warm welcome from the owners with some cold drinks on arrival, the services that this property provides along with all of the sports activities and sports equipment was exceptional and such good value for the money. The outdoor pool was constantly heated to 24 degrees and we made full use of the outdoor BBQ entertaining area every night until we moved indoors to the Disco and Karaoke room. "Amazing view from the balcony, with so many species of birds! The owner is very friendly and helpful and the check in process very easy. The property is spacious but is let down by the inadequate shower which dribbles pathetically in a corner whilst you fight with the curtain and the rear covered area which leaked so you couldn't enjoy the outside picnic bench when it rained. The local village has two supermarkets, cafes and restaurants."

"2 usesble bathrooms, not 4. Clean but lacking any comfort. One, twoseater sofa for 11 people, no other seating except dining chairs. The cupboards are full of someones effects, this lets the property down. The grounds were lovely but overgrown, balcony views obscured by plant growth, disappointing. The ground was wet all the time because grass was uncut. No hot tub, no spa. No sunbeds. Garden furniture very basic. No WiFi. We paid extra for sheets snd towels but these were very poor; dirty...

"We only had breakfast on one morning but it was absolutely excellent. Local, tasty produce and top quality coffee. The Internet didn’t work well one evening but otherwise it was fine. The staff are amazingly nice and very helpful. We loved the spa, too. It's a little haven of bliss. The location is perfect and the town of Brive is so clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it. "

"This was a good option for a base when visiting the region. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little strangely designed. A lack of sensible plug sockets (we had to boil the kettle on the floor!) and the water from the shower went everywhere because there is no shower tray - yet is not a wet room! We found parking stressful, we arrived late at night and found no spaces free thanks to inconsiderate parking from guests, the hotel would do well to mark acual spaces. We did squeeze our tiny car alongside the bins for overnight, and then after heading out early could not get a space at any other time during our stay. The night porter did help us at one point by explaining that the street parking would be ok overnight as long as we moved again by 8am. Given that we were on a three week road trip we had a very full car and this wasn't ideal. We would have liked to try the restaurant but couldn't as they seemed to stop serving earlier than advertised. We were told it was 'fully booked' at around 8pm despite lots of empty tables, we think they just didn't like that we hadn't pre booked. All in all this hotel was good enough and comfortable for a short stay and maybe better if you are less busy and have less luggage, but for us it just has a few fracture points that in all probability would not encourage us to stay again. The town is charming and we found good options for both breakfast and later dinners, just don't go out too late as the options dwindle."
