"Lovely clean hotel. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Free coffee provided from machine next to reception. Our room was very spacious and so clean and fresh. The shower was large with fabulous rainfall head. Lovely toiletries provided. There is plenty of on street parking but as we were en route to our apartment and the car was loaded we decided to pay the €6 to park in the secure car park outside the hotel. Despite being very busy it was extremely quiet and we had a very peaceful night. We will definitely use this hotel again!"

"The house looked nice from the pictures and that it was close to the beach. But we did not really get the good experience we wanted. The host was unfortunately very rude and falsely accused us of a bunch of stuff and charged us extra 350 Euro after moving out.•There was no heat in the water in the house, we had to run and by new gaspatron for 25 euro of our own money, on our holiday. Althought its the host responsibility to make sure the house has hot water for his guest.•The shower flooded on day 1 so we gave hime notice and asked him to come and fix the pipe for us.•The handle on one window fell of in my hand when i opened it, he charges us extra 100 euro saying that we broke his window. The house is very old and it was broken as soon as we touched the handle.•We where 7 people, he accuses us of being more than 7 people charging us extra for saying we "smuggled in" more people. We have airplane tickets and motoGP tickets of us 7 people. One of the guys didn’t want to sleep inside since it was too hot so he slept outside on a ourdoors sofa instead. Its not a crime to sleep outside if its to hot inside.•The only thing we did ”wrong” is that we were 45 min late for check in - because of traffic. Nothing we could control and we also let him know 2 hours before arriving that we would be late."

"An affordable option close to Valencia city. Great for an overnight stay to see a football game and see the City. Breakfast affordable as well at 7.50 € per person. New hotel , lovely outdoor seating area and looks out on orange grove. Only issue was room was very hot and aircon did not cool very well. Overall would stay again."

"The apartment was smelly. The bathroom was not presentable and the sleeping sofa was of very poor quality. No dove cover for two people..in general not matching the price nor expectations. Photos should include bathroom as well. We were staying at apartment 5 so we are not aware if rest of rooms are in better conditions. From the photos you get the sense that there is garden. This is not the case"
