Great location, many opportunities
Super location. Easy to get anywhere - walkable to old towne and the strip. Pub and restaurants across the street. Kitchen well equipped. Large and spacious. The property manager, Karine was fantastic. Internet was upgraded to fibre optics at the end of our first week (we stayed two weeks).
It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet on how to use appliances etc. and what to do with garbage (you bring them outside to bins on the street).
Would we recommend? Not now … because - there was a major sewage gas issue. We intentionally booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place because one of us was working for half of the stay and needed some private space. The second bathroom had a major sewer/methane gas issue which made one entire side of the apartment completely unusable. Fortunately no one needed to sleep in the second bedroom as it wouldn’t have been an option. We paid more to get the extra space but didn’t get it and had to leave all of the windows open (despite the cold) and that bathroom door closed to keep the smell down. Karine said they will be trying to fix this issue but I’d suggest to verify before booking.
