Excellent apartment located west of Albufeira, ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquillity and a strategic location to explore the entire Algarve region. Located near the city centre and Albufeira Marina, it is also halfway between Armação de Pêra, allowing easy access to the main tourist attractions in the region.



The apartment features a modern and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. It has two bedrooms: a suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, ensuring greater privacy and comfort, and a second bedroom also with a double bed. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a sofa bed, ideal for families or small groups.



The west-facing balcony invites moments of relaxation at the end of the day, where you can appreciate beautiful sunsets typical of the Algarve. The building also offers access to a children's playground, making it an excellent option for families with children.



The location is truly privileged: just 5 minutes by car from the magnificent beaches of the region, golf courses and an equestrian centre.
