Spacious Villa 'Encanto' with 4 Bedrooms, Terrace, Conservatory & Many Activities

  • The 205 m² Villa Encanto in Albstadt accommodates up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating with a tiled stove in the dining room, underfloor heating in the living area, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, workspace, fan, and a coffee machine with milk frother. Families have access to 2 high chairs, 2 baby beds, as well as shared toys and books.



    Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, barbecue, and 2 private balconies with mountain views. Children can use a shared playground.



    Parking: 1 shared parking space on the property, double garage (also for bikes), and street parking. Smoking indoors, parties, and events are not allowed. Please note: the house is spread over several floors with stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



    Located in the idyllic recreation area of Margrethausen, perfect for hiking and cycling. Bad Kap is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Nearby: swimming at Bad Kap, hiking, mountain biking on premium trails, and winter sports 15 minutes away by car. Hohenzollern Castle and the Danube are easily accessible. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus

Pros: Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert. Er ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben und einen Bäcker empfohlen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Gelungenes,Wochenende mit unserem Hauskreis

Pros: Haus war sehr geeignet für unsere Gruppe. Wir sind ein Hauskreis mit 3 Familien mit Kindern und kleinen Babys, aber auch Freunde ohne Kinder und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Große Räumlichkeiten, vor allem der Wintergarten war sehr geeignet, wenn die Kinder abend schon geschlafen haben, dass wir Erwachsenen einen guten Raum zum Austausch und für Gesellschaftsspiele hatten.

Pros: 1- Das Haus (10/10): nicht neu, wirkt aber wie neu. Hervorragend gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und in jedem Detail durchdacht. Großzügige Räume, breite Flure, elegante Treppe, einladender Essbereich und wunderschöne offene Küche. Erstklassige Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. 2- Sauberkeit (10/10): Alle Räume, Bäder, Keramikflächen, Ecken und Leisten waren makellos sauber. 3- Lage (10/10): Zollernalb, ein sehr schönes Gebiet mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Entdecken und Genießen. Die Vermieter nach Empfehlungen fragen, sie kennen die besten Spots. 4- Vermieter (10/10)+: Höchstbewertung übertroffen. Unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an schnell und angenehm, nach der Buchung, unterwegs, beim Empfang, und während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Jede Frage schnell beantwortet, per E-Mail, am Telefon oder WhatsApp. Am Ende erkundigen sie sich, ob man Verbesserungsvorschläge hat. Besser geht es nicht.
