- Newly built in 2023, this high-quality, stylish, and exceptionally cozy apartment ensures you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible space accommodates up to four guests. There are two bedrooms, one perfectly equipped for workations with a desk. The spacious living room features large windows and direct access to the terrace and garden, offering beautiful views of the greenery. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the terrace. The bright bathroom is also barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. The peaceful surroundings provide direct access to nature—perfect for relaxing walks or sports. Your car can be conveniently parked in the carport.
Large garden adjoins the terrace. However, it is not completely finished yet.
