➤Toilets - Toilet paper only

➤Trash - Place in BAGS and take to the TRASH BINS on the curb (at the entrance) ➤Garbage discarded without bags is NOT removed by IML Sanitation; Therefore, violations will be subjected to a $100 HOA fine per occurrence

➤Parking - Only on the driveway (not under the Treehouse or on grass)

➤No pets permitted without prior approval

➤All guests must be registered with IML Security

➤Violations for smoking in the house and treehouse is $400

➤Damages must reported immediately
