Albrightsville Cabin
My wife and I took our two children (aged 3 and 1) to this cabin to getaway from the city forms while. It is a beautiful property surrounded by woods, it was quiet and peaceful. There were a lot of thoughtful amenities included like snacks for the children and coffee for the adults. Wonderful and responsive hosts. We will be back!

School Group and Parents Short Stay
School team and parents stay for scholastic competition. Home was very clean and check in was easy. Lovely quiet property with huge deck. Teens loved the game room! Beds were very comfortable. Everything was provided for our stay from towels and personal care products to snacks and some breakfast items. I highly recommend this property!

Great place for friends
Great place to spend a weekend with friends. The common areas are nicely situated for socializing and the amount of sleeping arrangements offered are convenient. It was too snowy to use the backyard but it would definitely be another great place to spend time with friends and family and enjoy the beautiful backyard scenery!

Thank you for your honest review. I will not denied that you did bring to our attention 1 dirty sheet and 1 dirty kitchen spoon with proof of pictures along with the earring on the freezer door rubber edge. In reference to the sheet, the only thing I can say is that probably a guest might of put back the sheet with the clean ones. Since clean sheets are available to our guest just in case they want to change their sheets more often during their stay. In reference to the cooking spoon . Plates are not washed by hand . It is the responsibility of the guest to put their dishes inside the dishwasher to wash before check out. From my understanding the guest before you not only wash them but put them away as well. The earring part honestly, how you caught that is beyond me. Unless you were looking for something that you might of lost on the rubber edge of the door. I’m not trying to be funny about it either. To accommodate you and to make sure you were getting what you had paid for, I offered to come and clean the house again which you declined to. Furthermore, we even accommodated you by delaying your check out time , which yes I did agree to a later time but it almost feel like you took advantage of the check out time. But I digressed… I don’t understand why you use on your review title “deceptive home”. As far as my pictures are concern clearly it’s a cabin so I’m not sure where the surprise is there. Lastly, based on our historical reviews ( because numbers do talk) this an isolated situation which we were willing to rectify immediately upon you entering the premises. I do get the feeling you were looking for some type of monetary discount because your comments were “literally after you enter the premises.” Thank you

Great place to stay and a wonderful location
The house had lots of amenities for the price and a good amount of space. We didn’t have a chance to use the outside deck much because of rain but it was very spacious and the grill was easy to use. The location within the community is relatively secluded which was a benefit. It is conveniently located within an easy driving distance to all the attractions at Jim Thorpe, Camelback, and the Pocono speedway, as well as other tourist locations. A good time was enjoyed by all!

The amenities for families were wonderful. There were loads of games and activities for kids to do. Our kids loved the touch of the assortment hot cocoas in the kitchen. All the appliances were up to date and easy to use. Every detail was taken care of, and there was not a single item missing. Fabulous space. Enjoyed the deer that came to hang out by the porch with us at night by the gas fire pit.

We had a great time in the Poconos and this very nice house. Everything was clean and organized. This house has a very nice kitchen and cozy living area great for spending time with friends! Pocono visit
This was the perfect home for adults and children. The owner supplied board games. Fuzzball and the hit of the weekend. Air hockey It’s easy 5 minutes from big balder mountain where the kids went snow tubing. Great restaurants near by, food excellent. Will definitely do it again

Long weekend getaway

Pack your clothes and Go!
I was very impressed when we arrived. I have stayed at many vacation homes and this was the best as far as hospitality. Their kitchen was already stocked with groceries and snacks. We had brought stuff but it was very nice of them to have things available. Full spice rack, cereals, snack bars, chips, adult beverages, coffee, burgers, etc. The home was cute and decorated for fall. Very clean and the back yard was so peaceful. We were disappointed with a few things. One of the things i was looking forward to was sitting around the fire doing smores with everyone but we found out when we got there that you cannot have an open fire in that community even though there is one pictured in the photos. They do have a nice gas fireplace on the patio to sit around and enjoy. The water pressure in the home is awful. It literally trickles out of the sink faucets and in the showers, if someone flushes' or if both are on at the same time, one will shut off completely. If you coordinate showers, you can manage. Also, while we were watching tv, a small view of a security camera footage came up on the screen of people trying to get into a house and we thought it was the home we were in. We thought it was the house we were in and freaked out. Not cool. Overall, this was a great vacation home and I would recommend it to any family. The owners were very good about getting back to me and answering questions right away. Sleeping: There are 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 full beds, 1 Queen bed, and the couch could comfortably sleep 2 people. Thank you so much Guys!!!!!

Dear Sapphire, thank you for your review and allow me to say that am very sorry for the confusion. Like you mentioned at the beginning of your review you can tell that we tried to offer good service to our guest. With that been said, we do not advertise open wood fire or wood fire pits and neither have pictures of open fire in our listing. When it comes to the water, our water system requires constant changing of a sediment filter which is change every 3 months. We were not informed of any problem with the water by the cleaners and neither by the guest that came before you. That could have been fixed immediately if you would have had communicated that with us. It could have been solved by us sending our cleaner to change the filter for you. As we mentioned at the end of all out messages "Please let us know if you have any questions or concern at anytime". Regarding the TV and the ring system we will take a look into that since we own several properties all with cameras and security system it seems like one of them might be connected to the wrong Amazon TV. Again thank you choosing us and hope you come back soon!

Poconos Getaway
The house is exactly as described and worked well for 6 adults and 1 child. The house is well stocked including the kitchen. The counters were full which left little room for meal prep. A few more blankets would be helpful. The house was centrally located for all the wonderful things to do in that area. The propane fire pit was a wonderful way to end the day. All in all, the house was a good fit and we thank the owners for sharing the home with us.

Fabulous stay
This was our first time in the poconos and can wholeheartedly recommend this property. Vlad and Tania have thought of everything. They try to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your time. The house is very clean, the deck and backyard is beautiful, and the community is lovely. The beach and pool is a must do, we had a blast.

Clean and Comfortable
Vladimir, the host, was quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and feel that the owners make a great effort to make guests comfortable. My only issues are that although there is a fire pit, renters are not allowed to use it and the fireplace is not usable during the summer season. No s’mores for the kids and no ambience and warmth of fireplace for the cool evenings we experienced. (There we’re also no extra blankets. The host did offer did turn the heating system on). Lastly, the cabin is right on a well traveled road. Not a big deal in the house, but can definitely hear on the deck. We got our serene time on hikes to Hawk Falls and Boulder Field.

PARADISE VILLA
The owner communicated very well. Always answered text questions in minutes. Everything went smoothly. The place looks like it does in the pictures it is well represented. Its a really pretty property and the house is so nice. And there are lots of things to do nearby. The Pour House is right down the road and has great food and service. The beds were comfortable. The AC 's worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, cereals, pancake mix, treats, paper towels and napkins. Nice place for a guys weekend
Overall, this was a great place for 4 guys to have fun, relax, and unwind from their busy work week. The property was fitting for what we needed. We got to meet some stay cats, grill, and play air hockey. The only cons were: Having to clean up a bunch of glass around the fire pit, which we didn't end up using. No control over the outside lights, so we didn't end up using the patio fire pit either because we would've preferred the lights off. Main AC unit in the main bedroom didn't get too cold. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hello and thank you for your review! A couple of things that I would like to address in reference to the cons that you mentioned. I was at that house the day before because I installed the AC's and looked around to make sure that everything was in order. 1.GLASS AROUND THE FIRE PIT- I actually cleaned the back deck by using a blower and I will be honest I did not see any glass on the deck by the fire pit. 2. OUTSIDE LIGHTS: All outside lights are on and off automatically depending if its Dawn or Dusk. I have not have other guests comment on this before. If anything this would be a liability for us if something were to happen to you because the lights outside are completely off. 3. AC UNIT NOT COOLING ENOUGH: As I stated before these are new units and were installed the day before your arrival. I wish you would off have had reached out about some of these concerns, as we could had resolved some of them. For example, turning off the deck light since you wanted to be in the dark. As I mentioned before, you are the 1st guest to complain about this and the 1st to leave us less than a perfect 5 star review.

PROS: + Owner communication is FAST. Vladimir was very helpful and even suggested places to paddleboard in the area. + Fully stocked like a home away from home. + Super Clean and well maintained. + Clubhouse [beach and pool] are a 5 min drive away. + Lots of space + Large Kitchen and stocked with absolutely everything. Great Relaxing Getaway.
The property was great. Everything was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The home had everything we could have possibly needed. This included all kitchen supplies, clean linens and wifi/streaming services. The property owners were very friendly and it was obvious they made all efforts to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This house exceeded our expectations! Communicating with the host was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Prior to our arrival, we already felt confident that our stay would be a real vacation. The host even provided coffee, creamer, and various snacks for our group; a concerted effort was made to make us feel at home. The home was very clean and the host provided detailed directions to make our stay seamless. There was plenty of room for sleeping and socializing. Very easy to get to and from the slopes from this location. Really enjoyed the air hockey table as well! Highly recommend this property to vacationers!

The perfect getaway
I was looking for a little place to stay that would fit our bridal party after we spent the day in Jim Thorpe. I did not expect our entire group to be so excited to go back to the cabin halfway through our brides bachelorette party in the city. The cabin was just immaculate, the hosts were so thoughtful we had snacks and drinks already waiting. We had a ton of clean blankets, pillows and towels. The cabin was decorated so nicely it felt like home. Every single person agreed this was hands down the nicest stay any of us have ever experienced. I will definitely be staying here again!

Surpassed expectations!
My wife and I had a great time at this property. The accommodations were many, and we wished we had more time to spend there and enjoy them all! The location was IDEAL, very close to the turnpike but also to attractions like Hickory Run State Park. Quiet and very serene on the grounds, with lots of potential to entertain. Modern and clean inside, a cabin in the woods feel but with comfortable amenities. I've already recommended it to friends!

Fun Place
It was only for less than 24h but we had a great time in the cabin. Everything was great and the backyard deck was superb.
