Great weekend getaway!

We were only at the home for a short stay, but it was clean and comfortable. We had an issue and had to contact the landlord and they were very respnsive to our issue. Highly recommend staying!

Labor Day family getaway

The size and layout of the house worked perfectly for our family of 12. Close to the beach and pool. Enjoyed our stay.. would have loved a firepit but otherwise perfect. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was a big hit. Would stay again.

We do a family weekend every year this had great space for adults and kids and the location and neighborhood was great! Plenty of space and activities for everyone inside and outside the house. The kids loved the bunk room but it’s big enough for adults to enjoy as well

The house was laid out nice Comfortable leather furniture nice dining table for eating as well as game playing The “kids” room was awesome. Beds were comfortable There was enough room either upstairs or down to spread out comfortably Only thing that was missing was an outside fire ring or inside fire place Would definitely come again Ps owner was very responsive to text Instructions were clear and accurate

We enjoyed this property. The details on checking in made it a very easy process. The house was clean and furniture and layout was great. The heating system was individual settings per room and made the home very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Spacious house

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time here. Plenty of space to spread out, especially since my 2 son-in-laws had to find quite areas to do work on their computers. I brought some of my own kitchen utensils which was unnecessary because the kitchen was fully stocked. Neighborhood was very quiet and we felt like we had the entire area to ourselves A very enjoyable week.

Great place (with minor challenges)

Fantastic place for our big group of 6 kids and 7 adults. Ample beds, great spaces (upstairs, downstairs, porch). Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, and beach (10 min walk). Kitchen well-equipped (although low on forks and glasses, and 2 burners wouldn't light). Would definitely return. Owners were very helpful & kind. (But forgot to send check-in instructions, and didn't respond for many hours on day 2.) Community limit of 8 wristbands was annoying, though they only checked on the weekend. Photos show a yard space, but we couldn't use it because the grass was 18 inches high.

Awesome house

The house was great for a large groups of friends. We had 9 adults. Hot tub was perfect. Owner was very responsive on the 2 small issues we had…. There was no BBQ tank for the grill but when I reached out to them at 7:30pm on a Saturday they had one at the house within about 1/2 an hour. And then one of the wifi thermostats was not working but they had a remote for us to use and that was resolved in about 5 minutes. The pots and pans could use updating and the dart board needs to be replaced. Some of the beds are much firmer than others but all were very comfortable. We would definitely go back there again if in the area.

Family Fun Week

This property had ample space for the 10 of us to move around in without bumping into each other. The pool table was a hit as well as the hot tub. We enjoyed seeing the dear roam on the property as well as in the neighborhood. The beach was closed due to high bacteria readings & the pool was very cold. The location was convenient to outside activities such as: rafting, zip line, escape room, train ride, hiking to a waterfall, miniature golf and the boulder field. There were some maintenance issues to be discussed with the owner. Everyone had a good time. The riser height on the inside stairs were challenging for seniors and our preschooler.

The house is laid out very well with a lot of bedrooms and a great room for lots of kids. We had a great time. We were there in July and the pool was freezing so just be prepared.
