● Driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles

● You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!

● Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.

● When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ Quiet hours: 9 pm - 7 am. Township complaint fine: $500.

⚠️ Excessive music noise complaint fine: $250.

⚠️ Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the Township. Fine: $1000.

⚠️ No parties or unapproved extra guests.

⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet. Fine: $500.

⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet; walk/drive at your own risk. Salt and shovels provided (Winter Season).

⚠️ Propane for grills/fire pits is not guaranteed. If empty, refill existing tank (do not buy new) and provide receipt for reimbursement.

⚠️ Rural setting: occasional small insects; year-round pest control in place.

⚠️ Wildlife: Black bears may be present. Secure food and trash.

⚠️ Winter driving: 4WD/AWD strongly recommended. Driveway plowed as possible, but guests are responsible for towing/assistance if stuck.

⚠️ Lost & Found shipping: $50 handling fee applies, separate from shipping/delivery costs.

⚠️ Trash: Bag and dispose in bear box or trash shed before checkout. $5 per bag disposal fee for uncollected or indoor trash.

📌 Submitting a valid ID and signing our rental agreement after confirmation is required or reservation will be cancelled.

📌 A refundable security deposit is required for one-night stays and non-Airbnb bookings. For Airbnb, it is an optional add-on.

📌 Airbnb one-night stays require an additional $100–$200 damage waiver requested via the Resolution Center.

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read

 

📌 Professionally serviced after every reservation with time-stamped photos kept on file. If misuse requires draining, cleaning, and refilling before arrival, water may take until the evening of the first night to heat. Additional guest-requested cleanings during stay incur a fee billed to the guest. Rinse off lotions, sunscreen, and oils before use to maintain water clarity.

◾For reservations made outside of Airbnb and Booking.com, please note that a $500 security deposit will be included for security purposes. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of checkout, provided no damages to the home or community penalties are reported.

◾Additionally, our account is not set up for VRBO or HomeAway to collect the remaining balances or security deposits directly. These are collected by us, with payments securely processed via Stripe or Bill.com.

📌 NOT provided: Toothpaste, foil, plastic wrap, bags, coffee grounds/filters, cooking oil, Tupperware, sugar, ice, charcoal, firewood, disinfecting wipes, baby supplies. Bring your own extras.
