Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I would like to start off by saying yes, the house was in a very quiet, relaxing cul de sac. We had ample space and quiet time. Unfortunately, the cons of this property outweigh the pros. I would like to start off by also complaining about the bugs and spider webs everywhere around the house. If I am paying for a cleaning fee, I expect it to be clean. Also, not only were the beds absolutely uncomfortable but they were also dirty! The pillows in the master bedroom on the first floor not only had hair on it but the entire bed smelt like dirty oily hair and poor hygiene. I mean c’mon?! You can’t even wash the sheets between bookings?!? I spent a lot of money to spend the weekend sleeping on the damn couch.
