Cozy Cabin

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here while we visited Blue Mountain. It’s located in a safe gated neighborhood, it has a lot of amenities (everything you need), and the host, Adam, is very friendly and helpful.

We had a nice time at this cozy bungalow home. The home is well kept and very clean. The owners were very available if we had any issues, but we didn’t have to reach out during our stay. The home was great. The description of the property was on point. It’s a very quiet area in a gated community with a community pool and a lake with a small beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time! Very nice location, within walking distance of lake beaches. Property was spacious with a very nice lofted living room equipped with TV and sound system. Would have a been nice to have towels and bed sheets provided, but otherwise, a wonderful experience!

A relaxing and fun week

We really enjoyed our stay, from feeding the deer, to relaxing by the fire pit. We where less that 30 minutes from every activity, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking and Jim Thorpe. Thank you Lyda for everything.

The cabin was amazing! Perfect little retreat. Very clean and well maintained. We went to the NASCAR race. Track is just minutes away. Rafting, restaurants, stores all close by. Would 100% recommend!

The cabin was beautiful and tastefully decorated with vintage charm! The property was very clean. This was a relaxing place and had every comfort. Our 3 night stay in the Poconos was so much fun! The cabin is so cozy & clean. Perfect for 4 adults possibly 6 with pull out sofa. Fireplace was nice to have. A light dusting of snow was perfect. Owner was great to work with. A small TV glitch was worked out quickly. Lots of deer around. Hiking, winery, lake harmony restaurants nearby. Great little mountain getaway!

If you are debating whether to book this place or a different one, choose this! Hands down the BEST experience we have had booking with Vrbo. Communication was the best and so was the cleanliness. The community is very quiet and we even had 2 deer laying down in the yard. The bed is also a 10/10. We will definitely book again in the future!

Oasis in the Mountains

The house is nestled in the woods and blends right in with the shadows of the trees. Perfect place for an artist like myself to escape from normal life and write in a quiet atmosphere. The community is massive and the streets are great for bike riding. I barely left the gates because I had everything I needed. The house was extremely clean and Lyda is a very generous, attentive host. Highly recommended :)

Very nice house!

Three adults stayed here to do some hiking and other activities at the nearby Hickory Run State Park. We could have easily fit another adult in a bed, plus apparently the couch becomes a sofa bed. The house is nicely appointed, very pretty, perfectly clean, with everything you could need. Very close to the turnpike as well as the Park.The house is in a woodsy neighborhood, with houses all around, but in the evening, the yard and neighborhood were very quiet and peaceful; if the weather had allowed, we would have enjoyed sitting outside with a fire (which is allowed). Adam was very helpful and responsive and everything about check-in/out and the house itself worked out perfectly.
