Our place can be your homebase during your waterpark, lake or ski slope adventures. 15 min from Jack Frost,5 min to Skirmish paintball and 10 minutes to Pocono Raceway. We are 15 minutes from State gamelands and 25 minutes to Split Rock Resort.

7. Honor Noise Rules - We understand you want to enjoy yourselves, however, we do ask that any noise after 10:00 pm to be kept to a minimum. Any complaints received after that time will result in the eviction of the property.
8. Respect Towels and Sheets - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Any damaged linen, item will result in a $20 fee per item.
9. Additional Cleaning -an additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above and beyond standard cleaning. 10. No candles.
