Community Lake/Pool/Beach/Playground are all part of this wonderful Towamensing Trails community and a 10 minute ride to Big Boulder Ski, Lake Harmony and Jim Thrope.
Fitted with 3 bedrooms, a bonus sleeping space, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, this home is sure to host large families and friends with a spacious deck with a grill

This home boasts 3 floors of spacious living for you and your group, with a large outdoor patio that has a spacious seating area w/ a propane fire-pit and a grill for all the summer BBQ's!

Inside you have a dining space, a living room with an indoor electric fireplace, a kitchen and a separate living room with a smart tv. Second floor has 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms, followed by the 3rd floor which has a master bedroom with it's own balcony and a full bath and a little reading nook with all the books you can choose from to relax and unwind.

The first floor is the ultimate entertainment space, with a full wraparound bar with all the amenities to entertain and practice your bartending skills. The bar also has seating with 14 bar stools and a kegerator to pop a keg in and enjoy with family and friends! The entertainment space also includes a pool table, foosball table, a smart tv, and seating area and provided are some board games as well for your group to bond and enjoy

Outside you have a large picnic table as well as another wood fire pit for cozy summer nights under the stars

Comfortable stay,

Property is as described. Clean. Amble parking. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of beds. Basement is great for entertainment. Wifi is fast. Owner a good communicator.

Descent

The doors were all unlocked when we arrived and thats most likely because both patio doors on the front face do not lock properly so security is a big issue and I would suggest you don’t bring anything very valuable to you. The keypad that they give you a code for never worked for us so we were stuck out in the rain but that was okay since if you give either patio door a shake it unlocks and that is what we found out after an hour of waiting outside. We are a big foosball group so we were very disappointed that the game was pretty destroyed. Missing guys, the rods were all loose. Would’ve liked to know that as I would have ordered one in. All that negativity being said it was affordably priced. Owner did a great job of giving us all linens and towels. Washer dryer in unit for any laundry needs.

My family loved this!

My family and I were looking for somewhere to get away for the week and this place was amazing. My kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The place was just like the pictures and it was truly an amazing vacation we enjoyed the house and the amenities also the neighborhood was wonderful, it’s definitely a place we recommend. The owner was very kind and responded whenever we had questions. The community also had an amazing pool that we enjoyed we were left wristbands for entrance and we really loved it. It had everything we needed in the house.
