"Pros: Het huisje is schoon en leuk ingericht. Lekkere open haard. Fijne omheinde tuin voor onze honden. Het uitzicht is prachtig en in de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. Ook fijn dan de host ons de 1e keer begeleid heeft naar het huisje. Erg attent bij aankomst met appels en cider. Cons: De weg is laatste deel onverhard en met onze laagliggende auto bijna niet te doen. Hierdoor grotendeels op en rond huisje gebleven. Ook de rijtijd naar dal is behoorlijk(25 min). "Upon arriving in Tirano, Italy via the Bernina Express, you will find the hotel located directly across from the station, allowing you to check in immediately and head straight out to explore. A complimentary breakfast is included, making for a hassle-free start to your mornings. Furthermore, with numerous restaurants situated nearby, the hotel boasts an exceptionally convenient location in every respect."

"When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for that and changed our room which was so much nicer in the nice part of the hotel. TLDR don’t accept a room key to a room above #10 cuz then you are going to the old sad part. The location was good. The breakfast was nice but the the guy running the service was interesting. He has rules like you can’t take the salt or a bottle of water to your table."

"A very nice and modern hotel with great staff. The spa was great and one of the best I have ever been too. The only minor problem was non availability of breakfast at the hotel and we had to use one of the nearby cafes. However the location of the hotel was great and very close to all cafe and restaurants."

"We were traveling with elderly parents and had a one night stop in Tirano. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the train station. Very helpful when you have to drag lot of luggage on cobblestone paths. The staff was kind and helpful with all that we needed (directions, recommendations, etc.) The sister restaurant (just done the block) was lovely and the food was good! Note - If you want to take advantage of the prix fix menu as a hotel guest, you need to pre-pay at the hotel."
