The apartment is spacious and in a great location, secure and quiet, because the season (April) there where to many restaurants close, so you need to move to the center of Valencia which is not to far. It has a garage, very convenient if you have a car. Some thing that I believe they need to improve is about bathroom supplies like Shampoo, Conditioner, they did not have any there. But overall we enjoyed our staying there.

Wonderful stay and fantastic sea view
We enjoyed the time in Patacona in this nice apartment. We were welcomed very friendly and received some recommendations about visiting Valencia. Nice to have Breskfast and lunch in the restaurant snc to use the pool.

Fantastic Apartment
This really was a great apartment with all the facilities you need. The complex was very secure, with a superb swimming pool, perfect for the kids and it is 2 minutes from a world class beach.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment for your stay. The owner clearly cares. Thank you for an excellent holiday!

Wohnungsübergabe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit kann man in dieser Preisklasse als sehr gut bewerten. Die Lage ist für eine Erkundung des Umlandes und der Stadt Valencia perfekt.Ein PKW/ Motorrad ist erforderlich.Der Strand ist ein Steinwurf entfernt.

Apartamento con vistas al mar excelente
Me ha gustado todo: la ubicación, las vistas, el salón, la terraza, el equipamiento de la cocina (vajilla nueva, cafetera nesspreso, tostador,..) , las habitaciones, sobre todo la principal, bastante grande, la comodidad de los colchones, las toallas nuevas blancas, así como las sábanas, también blancas, como en un hotel, la cantidad de agua de las duchas (me sorprendió ese chorro de agua para una urbanización tan grande y en un sitio de playa) el tamaño de la tv, que tenía WiFi, las instalaciones de la urbanización, la piscina, el restaurante dentro de la urbanización con buenos precios,etc. En fin, volveria, lo recomiendo totalmente.
Algún detalle de bienvenida, por si llegas tarde, como una botella de agua o zumo y unos snacks o aperitivos, podría ser algo a mejorar, que he visto en otros apartamentos. Algún detalle de jabones o productos de aseo mini en los baños, más curioso que un solo un bote de jabón ya empezado, a medias. La limpieza en algún rincón o lado que no se ve, pero como algo a mejorar porque en general estaba todo muy limpio.

Tout s'est passé parfaitement : le contact avant notre arrivée avec Alberto, l'accueil très sympathique d'Antonio, la propreté, le confort et l'équipement de l'appartement. Et bien sûr la vue sur la mer à 180 degrés, spectaculaire !!! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appart, avec les services de la résidence et la plage juste à côté. Toute la famille a adoré !
Dans la résidence, nous pouvions parfois ressentir que nous étions des touristes et non des propriétaires. Par exemple nous avons parfois eu des difficultés à réserver à la gym car une des personnes de la réception semblait privilégier les propriétaires. Un peu dommage.
