Albion Ridge Overlook, with its luxurious, modern, coastal-farmhouse interior is sure to please! It also features a beautiful, open-concept kitchen that will allow you to enjoy conversation while whipping up a gourmet meal. The living room is lined with windows, filling the space with sunlight and magnificent ocean views. Enjoy an amazing California sunset from the expansive deck, or bring your morning coffee outside and delight in watching the cattle grazing on the rolling hills to the south.

You will be one mile away from Albion River Campground where you can rent a kayak, canoe, or charter an ocean sight-seeing trip. If you're not interested in cooking at home, the Ledford House is 0.5 miles south where you can dine on Cal-Med cuisine and boutique wines, with live jazz nightly. Or drive less than one mile north to Albion River Inn Restaurant, showcasing the Coastal cuisine of Chef Stephen Smith. The menu celebrates California's north coast bounty of fresh seafood, locally grown produce, wild mushroom, fruit, and also offers succulent meat, fowl, pasta dishes, and dessert. For an adventure, head seven and a half miles north to the village of Mendocino where you will find many shops, galleries, restaurants, a few spas, and festivals throughout the year.

Very nice place and close to many spots of interest. I would like to suggest that the couch be upgraded, as it seems to have a bit more wear than everything else and not quite as comfortable. But it's a great house with great views of the ocean from almost all the rooms.

Great place for 2 couples. Very comfortable, clean, and a great location. Outdoor deck had great view of coast and for nightly star gazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Home!

This was our second stay in this home. It is absolutely perfect! 180 degree view of the coastline. It has a well stocked kitchen (pans, plates, utensils, small appliances, etc). It is just a few miles from Mendocino. Perfect place to decompress and just breathe. Can’t wait to book out next stay!

This is a lovely home with wonderful views of the water and nearby cows, quail and a gray fox in the yard. The home is beautifully decorated with modern touches. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. All soaps and laundry detergent are supplied. The house is very welcoming with large spaces.

This home was truly a home away from home. Everything was comfortable and as described. View was spectacular and we sat on the deck every evening to capture the beautiful sunsets. Great location for Redwood hiking, Botanical Gardens, Skunk Train, wineries and convenient to quaint downtown Mendocino! We will be back for another visit!! One regret is we didn't stay longer!

Peaceful Perfection

Breathtaking views in your own private Nirvana. The deck and Adirondack chairs was thee coolest hangout spot. The house looks as if it were just built. The kitchen was well equipped for gourmet cooking. The beds were oh so comfortable. The location was in the mix of grocery stores and great restaurants. Beautiful and blissful. We will be back!

Beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect! There was so much room and natural light (everything I could want in a home!). The view of the ranch across the street and the ocean were a nice treat. The location was great, close to Fort Bragg and Mendocino. The only issue we had was the cleaning person was there, mopping the floors, 15 min after check in. I was incredibly anxious to check in so I could hang up my dress, so it was a little weird to have the person still there while we unloaded. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place! Beautiful home; beautiful view! The style was so relaxing and refreshing. The furniture was comfy; the kitchen has absolutely everything one could need - even a crock pot! The bathroom was like a spa. There were also games and books available. We have been coming to the area every year for our anniversary for 25 or 30 years and this is hands down our favorite place! THIS is the place we will now come back to every year and maybe a trip half way through the year too. I felt like I was dreaming.

House in Albion.

Loved the house and plan to make it our yearly destination. it was comfortable and beautiful close to many attractions.. Vacasa however was unflexible and rude. I needed to leave around 11:00 BECAUSE OF MY MEDICAL ISSUE, and still leave the house in very good condition, but was stressed and rushed to be forced to leave at 10 am . It would have cost them nothing to give me an extra hour since there were no other people arriving that day, and the entry time is a late 4 pm . Most places I have rented are 11am and 3 pm. That is more comfortable for the renter. The booking with them also was full of mistakes. we stayed 5 nights.

Beautiful property with some communication hiccups

We absolutely loved the place. We have AT&T and had no cell service which wouldn’t have been an issue except we loved the place so much we wanted to extend our stay! We booked through VRBO but Vacasa manages the property and there was NO way to communicate (Vacasa didn’t answer emails) short of driving to Mendocino for cell service. There was also a cleanliness issue with regard to the couch which was clearly missed by staff as the rest of the house was immaculate. We reported it and still have had no response.
