"Rooms were immaculate. Great bed! Loved the blackout blinds on window!! Friendly staff. Only negative was the carpet in halls needed replaced"

"No one told us the Quality inn was under renovation even though we had called to confirm our reservation, so we had to stay at the Ramada Inn across the street. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the the previous tenants stains on both the sheets and pillows. The floors were dirty, the trash bins in the hallway were overflowing. We found a pair of dirty socks in the shower. No breakfast or pool. Only 2 pillow cases for the 6 pillows. Was told they didnt have any more. The response from management was sorry? Recommend not staying here! "

"The kitchen was okay. There were no casserole dishes, which is ironic as Minnesota is the Hot Dish capitol! The basics are there and there was coffee and spices. We cooked several meals and we could function. The fit and finish of the house is spotty. Missing baseboards and poorly installed wallpaper. Overall our family was happy and had a great time."
