A true retreat surrounded by olive trees, yet just a five-minute drive from the centre of Alberobello.<br><br>The villa is entirely for your exclusive use.<br><br>Outside, you’ll find a large garden, a private swimming pool (which can be heated upon request), a barbecue area, and a shaded seating area—fun and relaxation are guaranteed.<br><br>The residence consists of:<br><br>- an area of “trulli and lamie” with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, a living area with a kitchen, and a sitting room with a sofa bed.<br>- a lamia with independent access, featuring a bedroom and a bathroom.<br><br>The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, espresso machine, toaster, Smart TV, and a very elegant and comfortable sofa bed. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, both in the main trulli structure and in the rooms of the two lamias.<br><br>The beautiful swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and offers the opportunity to cool off on hot summer days. In the spring and fall, upon request, we can heat the swimming pool.<br><br>The large outdoor spaces include a tree-lined courtyard, the perfect place for a quiet breakfast or to relax with a good book.
