"2nd visit this time with better weather so made use of the private pateo area. The house is spacious a small change has been made which has resulted in the property only has 1 shower but still has 2 toilets. Had a great stay great hosts and lovley eggs and lemons from the sweet lady."

"We had such an amazing time staying at Jorge and his wife’s property. The pool was amazing and sitting by the pool in the evening visiting with family was awesome. The family made use of the pool table and the froze ball game. We swam and really enjoyed it. My husband is from around that area and we have decided to stay there again if Jorge will have us"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment. Everything was there .The location was brilliant only a short walk to restaurants and the centre. The only downfall was the kitchen cupboards were very high although there was a step provided it was still difficult, especially for shorter people to get things out."

"La casa es estupenda, tal como aparece en las fotos. El apartamento es amplio, nuevo y comodo, hay una terraza con vista al jardín grande para comer-cenar a la sombra. La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable."

"We spent four enjoyable days here. Our hosts were very generous, giving us lots of local insight for exploring the area, as well as some fruit grown on their own property. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun by the pool, and all the flowers and trees in the yard. Definitely a beautiful spot to stay!"

"Really great property, quiet area. Carlos, our host, was very helpful, gave us lots of ideas for places to see & a little insight of life in Portugal. Lovely pool. lots of outside space. We prefer places a little out of town & this fitted the bill perfectly. Supermarket a short walk up the street. Enjoyed the evenings eating at the table outside, or by the pool."

"Fabulous home in a beautiful, serene valley. You will definitely feel the love when you arrive here. We were greeted by the whole family bearing, wine, charcuterie, and a pineapple upside down cake. It is always such an honor to stay in one of these family homesteads. Lots of space, beautiful décor, amazing landscaping and views of the village. Enjoy a walk along the river in the flowers and vineyards. This is a great place to relax."

"We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. Enjoyed our visit...

"The condo was absolutely beautiful and fresh. Fernando was an amazing host. The toen is beautiful and the people friendly and accommodating. Great restaurants in this area. We could hear the beach waves from the condo. It was soothing and calming. The beach is magnificent! The condo is well equipped. Grocery within walking distance. Totally enjoyed our stay ... perfect piece of heaven."

"Loverly villa with heated pool set in a quiet friendly neighbourhood. Village has small shops and bars, even a ATM. Added bonus , we were luckily there throughout the village festival celebrations which were amazing, excellent music plus a fantastic atmosphere. Ideal for families, having a car is beneficial."

"A well converted farmhouse and lovely garden. The house conversion still reflects the traditional theme. With little traffic in the street, it was really quiet and an extended garden gave more options to relax. And it is still close to the town of Aveiro."

"Reception staff were really helpful when we arrived early,eg let us park in car park and use toilet. The apartment had a lovely sea view and a comfy sofa. It was plenty large enough for two people but did need updating. The bed especially so as it was creaky and uncomfortable, spoiling our experience to a certain degree. The kitchen was very basic and had no preparation space without us moving the microwave out of the way, it was in need of a major upgrade."

"Everything pretty good. Bed a bit firm but bedding towel supply etc very good. Could use a few coffee pods and at least a paper towel roll. Would stay again excellent location. "
