Стара база; ресторант - като столова, никакво разнообразие на храната; настаниха ни в стая на първия етаж - един вид икономична - с едва видими гледка към морето, въпреки, че резервираната стая не беше икономична и трябваше да е с вид към морето. Но може би, защото сме българи и не сме резервирали през бг сайт /съответно не сме платили толкова висока цена като за българи/ ни настаниха в тази "дупка".

Barátságos, kedves fiatal recepciósok, jó konyha, tiszta és tágas strand. A wifi a hallban nem mindenütt működik, meg kell találni a sarkot, ahol elég erős.

Nice location mediocre hotel

Nice location, beach to the back, natural fore station to the front, amusement parks for family's, kids would live this location. The hotel is clean but dated, friendly staff but English language is limited, mainly Russian, German tourist so very difficult to communicate, all day trips written in the above languages. All inclusive different to what I expected. Drinks around the clock until 11 pm but not food. The chief spends his time being a security gaurd of food, to much embarrassment shouting at hoteliers if they take food/ fruit drinks from the dining room... Error customer first...Water cups not readily available for drinks of water in 30+ heat this is crazy in addition you cannot fill bottles or take them to your room again crazy given the heat. Sun beds are a major issue, if you haven't got one by 7am give up, people are reserving from 5am in the morning. I could go on but the list is endless.

Nona is a lovely hotel which feels family run. My large room, sea facing as requested, was cleaned everyday. The hotel is on the beach which is awesome and to the front is a beautiful nature forest and adventure areas for the kids. This is truly a family holiday. However, the all inclusive buffet breakfast dinner and lunch was almost the same everyday and It was difficult to get what you wanted as the hoteliers acted as if it were the first they had seen food. Plates cramed sky high with food that was later left on tables. The head chef acted diabolically screaming at hoteliers if they walked out of the dining area with food, it was embarrassing he must have forgotten the rule... customer comes first. Most importantly there is very little English spoken or written which I think should be made more evident when booking Nona. We were sign languaging for the most part. Overall, great weather, location but over zealous chief, difficult to get sun beds and none English speakers spoilt it.
