  • Rustic single-family house "Lotte", 1'540 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 1974, renovated in 2011. In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 12 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Hochrindl Passhöhe" 2.6 km, railway station "Feldkirchen", outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities 300 m, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sirnitz-Hochrindl 300 m, Turracher Höhe 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim-St.Oswald 25 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The Hochrindel ski area closes every year on March 15th. The closest ski area is Turracher Höhe and the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski region. Open until mid-April. IMPORTANT: Due to the location of the holiday property in a nature reserve, any kind of fireworks are officially prohibited!
    5-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and tiled stove. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (oven, 2 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating, boiler (200 litres). Top floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 1 double bedroom. Terrace 11 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

3 weken in huis Lotte

Lotte is een mooi vakantiehuis. Er is voldoende ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Minpunten zijn de keuken (erg rommelig, weinig werkruimte) en de tuin (niet onderhouden, moeilijk begaanbaar en meer ingegroeid dan op de foto's). Je kunt alleen op het balkon zitten en naast de voordeur. Het huis was zeker niet schoon bij aankomst.

Sehr erholsame Gegend

Das Objekt eignet sich für Leute, die es ruhiger bevorzugen. Für Familien mit Kindern aber auch geeignet, da niemand gestört wird, wenn es mal lauter wird. Für eine volle Belegung mit 6-8 Personen fanden wir es allerdings im Bad und Küche vie zu eng, z. B. nur eine Toilette. Wegen steiler Treppe im Haus für geh behinderte Urlauber nicht geeignet. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Versorgung , einkaufen und Gastronomie wahrscheinlich nur für Wintersaison ausgelegt. Vieles nicht offen.

Entspannung pur

Tolles Haus, unkomplizierte Übergabe durch die Verwalterin. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein neues separates Induktionskochfeld (steht leider noch nicht in der Hausbeschreibung). Umgebung traumhaft für Wanderungen, Kulturelles und wir konnten im September sogar noch baden.

prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding

Voor de prijs een prima huis. Fijne nieuwe badkamer. Woonkamer wel klein ik zou er niet met 6 volwassenen gaan zitten (wij hadden kinderen bij ons) . Prettig contact met de contactpersoon en fijn dat we de spullen in de garage mochten zetten zodat we in alle rust alles konden regelen. Fantastisch uitzicht en erg rustig gelegen.

Klimatyczny dom górski dla lubiących pewne odosobnienie, wyposażony w oryginalne meble i piec kaflowy , blisko do szlaków pieszych wędrówek górskich, w nieodległych rejonach wiele dodatkowych atrakcji. Bliski kontakt z okoliczną fauną (hodowlana i dziką)

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus Lotte hat unser Familientreffen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht! Ruhige Lage, unkomplizierte Übergabe, alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Das Gebiet ist super zum Wandern. Auch mit kleinen Kindern!

Entspannung Pur

Im Haus Lotte kann man sehr gut entspannen und auf rustikaler weiße einen Urlaub verbringen wie es die Hausbesitzer schon vor 100 Jahren getan haben. Natürlich gibt es einen Fernsehr, Internet und Licht. Das Haus liegt ganz am Ende in der Straße und man hat Ruhe satt. Ich kann es nur jeden weiter empfehlen, der sich mal so richtig entspannen will.

Super Urlaub mit Kind

Toller Urlaub auch mit Kind zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhig gelegen da es sich um das letzte Haus in einer Sackgasse handelt und die Kids auf der Straße spielen können.
