This spacious apartment, with 50 square metres of living space, is comfortably and warmly furnished and features, among other things, free internet access, 2 satellite TVs (living room + bedroom), a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180×200 cm with separate mattresses, and the living area includes a sofa bed measuring 90×200 cm. The two rooms are separated by a curtain.

The holiday rental also includes a sunny, quiet terrace.

All necessary amenities, such as towels, bed linens, dishes, etc., are provided in ample quantities.

Our cosy, bright holiday apartment is a ground-floor unit in the basement of a two-family home.

The apartment is located in the basement, but on the south side it is about halfway above ground level and therefore has standard windows in all rooms—the living area offers a beautiful view of the property, which guests are welcome to use. An outdoor seating area is available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all kinds of kitchen utensils as well as an extra-large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, which can accommodate even large quantities of groceries. Brand new: now with a dishwasher.

The modern bathroom with an exterior window features a comfortable shower with sliding glass doors. And a washing machine has recently been added.
