This charming vintage bungalow, built in 1926, has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of board games and art supplies, making for easy group memories.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch with birds singing, and make dinner on the outdoor gas grill.

You will have a personal door code to the front door. No keys to lose!

There is a room through the “mud room,” that is the owner’s personal storage. That and the garage are locked and off-limits to guests.
All other portions of the home are welcome to be used.

Note- as environmentalists, during the hot summer months of drought, we elect to let the lawn go dormant (brown.) You are welcome to use the yard in its dormant state. Please be careful with the backyard grill during these fire season months.

It’s unlikely that you will see us, your hosts Ellen and Tori, though we respond to messages quickly, and have standby maintenance and cleaning crews, should they be needed.

Upon booking, you will be asked to sign a Renter’s Agreement which includes an accurate number of guests and pets, vehicle information, and to upload your ID.
