When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests.

Super Comfortable Stay

Location was great. Breakfasts were amazing and the evening port was a nice touch. Host were super knowledgeable about the local area and could give lots of advice on things to see.

This property was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for owners and staff. Thoughtful little touches , nothing pretentious, just made guests feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again. Especially loved the delicious breakfasts.

Owners and location was amazing delicious breakfast.maybe some new screws in the toilet roll holder and i think the heater needs to be serviced spent most of the afternoon trying to get hot air out of the heater rather than cold. overall enjoyable experience

A very pleasant and quiet property adjacent to beautiful Middleton Beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful extras included afternoon sweet treats and after dinner port and chocolate. Just be aware the ‘open plan’ spa room means no door to screen views, light or noise from adjoining bathroom.

Could this be the friendliest B&B in Australia? Most likely! We loved our stay, were so well cared for and the property was clean, spacious and even had a fully stocked quality mini bar. We took part in the lovely Christmas lunch, which was delightful and a felt like a home away from home. I can’t rate this place enough. If you are going to Albany, this is the place to stay. Right by Middleton beach and the proprietors make your stay ever so special!
