We were at the property from Tues. May7th until Fri. May 10th. We had traveled to Albany for a funeral. Upon arriving the room was clean everything was fine.We left for the wake on Wed. and came back to the room in the evening and nothing had been touched. Beds unmade, wet towels on the floor and no clean towels. I called the desk and was told that the cleaning staff was gone but they would send up clean towels. Went to the funeral on Thurs and when we came back to the room again nothing was cleaned. Called the desk was told it was 4:31 but they would get someone to at least take and replace the towels. A young lady did show up after 5:00 and did a great job. At every call I was told that if we left the do not disturb sign out they would not enter the room. I told them we didn't even have a sign to put on the door. All in all a not so great expedrience at Homewood Suites. Way too much money to pay for the room for the lack of service.
