  • Backyard is a private oasis boasting an in-ground pool and hot tub with a large patio and a fire pit for fun family gatherings. Located 20 minutes from Saratoga and 5 minutes from large shopping centers. Enjoy the pool from May 20 through September 30. Hot tub is open all year round. Finished basement is loaded with activities: pool, foosball, darts and 2 flat screen TVs for enjoying movies or sports with the family. This location is only 35 minutes from the Adirondacks that is abundant with hiking, fishing and plenty of tourist related activities.

Great summer spot

Had a great weekend away at this secluded spot. Has a nice private yard with heated pool and hot tub. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Great spot for a small group getaway.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I were looking for a nice little getaway not far from home as my husband was just diagnosed with cancer and we wanted to go enjoy some time alone before he started treatment. I wanted somewhere with a pool for sure being it’s been very hot. This place was perfect and had the perfect pool and the hot tub was a nice bonus! We ended up bringing the kids over to swim on our first day there and they loved it and we had such a great time! Carissa is also a great host and was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions! I would definitely book again!!

Amazing rental and host!

Just completed a weekend trip to Saratoga and this was the perfect rental for what we needed! House was clean, pool was amazing, and plenty of room in the house with many great features! The host was great and so accommodating to anything we needed! I would 100% rent again and highly recommend!

Great family home

Spent a weekend with family and friends at this beautiful property and lived every min. House was perfect for us and the proximity to ski resorts and Albany where exactly what we wanted. Carrie’s was a wonderful host and responded quickly when ever we reached out for anything. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Home Close to Saratoga Springs

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The pool could not have been more perfect as we ended up with 90+ degree temperatures every day! Just a short drive to downtown Saratoga springs and the horse races. The house was very clean. Clarissa was a wonderful host!

Outdoor Paradise and Awesome Game Room

We had an amazing time celebrating our Anniversary at Carissa's home. From the minute we walked in, we felt relaxed and on vacation. The backyard is private with beautiful views of nature. While enjoying the pool and hot tub, we watched two cardinals building a nest in a nearby tree. It cannot get more relaxing than that. When we were finally able to pull ourselves away from the incredible backyard, we spent our time enjoying the finished basement and game room. Whether we were shooting pool, playing foosball, or just enjoying the multiple flat screen TVs, this room is the perfect place for any indoor entertainment. Carissa was very friendly and thoughtful. She let us know she was just a phone call away if we ever needed anything. You can tell she really puts a lot of thought into every room and every aspect of the home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Nice long weekend away.

This house was very nicely decorated and stocked. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Couches aren’t the comfiest but everything else was just as expected. We had very cold weather but for spring/summer this house would be perfect.

The house was great. Lots of options for rooms if traveling for a group. Great basement with activities to relax and hang out. Hot Tub is a great option as well! Look forward to staying again, winter or summer.
