"Upon arrival they handed us keys to the room they said was ours. With three days left in our visit they called us asking us to check out. We went down to see what was going on and apparently we were supposed to be staying in another room. The younger lady at the front desk was visibly upset with us as if we changed rooms and was giving us attitude about it. She then informed us that we owed close to $80 euros in taxes for our stay, we were there for 7 days so we were a bit shocked as the city...

"Four nights of family stay was perfect, Hotel staff is very co-operative and helpful. Super breakfast Buffet till 12:00. They also gave free pass to near waterpark, which we didn’t used. At the end all was perfect, value for money!"

"Zona, subito dopo il porto Canale, allontanandosi da viale cecchini, comoda a tutto. La camera molto stretta, in sede di prenotazione, prevedeva un letto queen size, mentre invece il letto era un matrimoniale molto piccolo. Il bagno strettissimo con doccia con portelline di plastica pieghevoli che costringevano, per aprire e chiudere, incastri poco ergonomici e molto scomodi. "20 Nächte Top Appartment, gut geschnitten, für 3 Personen optimal, modern eingerichtet, gute Betten, gutes Bad, schöne Küche. Pool vom Hotel Gruppe durfte genutzt werden - ebenso schön angelegt. Netter Gastgeber - danke Emiliano! Wenn man etwas Kritisches sucht, wäre es die Größe des Balkons, den wir lediglich zum Trocknen von Wäsche genutzt haben."
