Villa Loes is located in the popular holiday resort of San Jaime Mediterráneo, only 250 metres from the beach. The two-storey semi-detached house has a living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine at your disposal. On the balcony, from which you have a fantastic view of the sea and the Mediterranean surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing holidays, for example with an extended breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the sandy beach Son Bou is less than a 5 minutes' walk away.

Son Bou

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. As stated in previous reviews the route to the sea is longer than described. Would recommend a car at this site.

Kommen gerne wieder nach Son Bou.

Pros: Unkompliziertes, schnelles Check in und Check Out. Ruhige, trotzdem zentrale Lage mit unverbautem Blick zum Meer und Naturschutz Gebiet. Handtuchwechsel, Cons: Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, nur Espresso Kaffeekannen zum brühen

Pros: Gepflegt und sauber, Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse, schönes Häuschen Cons: Besteck könnte mal neu werden, keine Kaffeemaschine, Matratzen HART... Entfernung zum Strand nicht wie beschrieben 300m sondern mindestens 1000m 300m wären Luftlinie
