It has air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms; the downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan.



Outside, you can relax in the private garden, enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or simply sunbathe on the terrace. The private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days.



The location of this apartment is ideal for families, as it is just 2000 metres from a supermarket and 10000 metres from the Mahón bus station, making it easy to access all amenities. It is also close to a variety of attractions, such as the Son Parc golf course, just 24000 metres away, and the Splash Sur Menorca water park, 29000 metres away.
