V11BA | Villa Loes - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

A Menorcan style semi-detached villa, without pool, located on the main street of Son Bou. The house is a two storey property with its own private access. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and a toilet and from the covered terrace you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds) and a shared bathroom.

The outside of the property features a driveway and small garden area.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION

-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.

-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.

-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.

-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.

-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.

-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.

-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.

-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.

Very nice

Nearly everything Perfect. I thought the sea is nearer. I didnt like the mold smell in the wardrobe. There is no air condition in the House. I was a little surprised about this. I read it at Booking a few days bevor our holliday. The receptionist told us we can rent a portable air condition but we didn‘t need one. Except from the smell, the House was very clean and we felt very comfortable. A really nice few. We enjoyed the Outdoor-Shower.

Ok

The property itself is lovely and the location is great. The weather wasn't that good and we advised we were cold so were brought some blankets. Bathroom was not too clean and we mentioned that, told someone would come but never did. We ran out of toilet rolls and again advised some would be brought but never arrived. Without internet all of our stay, mentioned several times but no joy with that. A little more attention to detail would go a long way.
