Spacious villa with large outdoor area and colorful and flowery yard.
Recently renovated, it has a private pool, all privately bush fenced.
Enjoy the sea views and get to the lookouts of impressive cliffs meters away.

10 minutes walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and next to the famous Cova d'en Xoroi
The Cala en Porter beach, one of the most astonishing beaches in Menorca, it's also walking distance or 4 minutes by car

High speed fiber WiFi great for remote workers.

It offers 3 rooms (all with air conditioner), a big living room, an indoor dining area, full and large kitchen, and covered outside dining and chill out area. SmartTV (50 inches) and TV in all bedrooms.

The outdoor area is built in two different levels with a beautiful balcony facing the pool, the barbecue and the garden.

Beach umbrellas, beach towels, sun beds and hair drier will be provided.

Access will be using a smartlock code, there won't be interaction with the host.

Lovely villa in very convenient location
We had a great stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space for our family...2 adults and 4 teenagers. The pool area is great and very well connected to the villa. The villa has great proximity to local walks along the cliff tops around to calescoves along the Cami de Cavalls and is convenient for the short walk into the town and beach. Supermarket was a short walk away and had everything we needed. You don't need to hire a car however we hired one for the second half of our stay and visited various places all around the island. We found some beautiful places. The bus into Mahon is easy and quick and the airport is close by and convenient. Ciutadella is only around a 40 minute drive and is a beautiful city. The villa is in a quiet location at the edge of the town with stunning sea views and views of the sunset just on the cliff top around the back of the property. Very well equipped and owner very responsive to questions. Will definitely return to beautiful Menorca and would definitely stay here again. Wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa
We have just returned from our 10 day stay here it is a lovely villa , outside area and pool was great. Well equipped villa with everything you need. Within walking distance of the bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa.

The property is a great size ,and the outside space just as good ,plenty of sunbathing areas and beds and a large pool Outside area is fenced in The supermarket and restaurants are are a 10 minute stroll down the road Excellent location very quite Lovely beach as well Would definitely recommend this villa there were 5 adults one child 4+and one 10 months plenty big enough
