"Flat "Son Bou Gardens Sup 2".
In Menorca, the holiday flat "Son Bou Gardens Sup 2" boasts an excellent location one Km from the beach of Son Bou and its shopping area. The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. Additional services include Wi-Fi, television and fan in all rooms. There is also a cot (with bed linen) and a high chair available on request and for a supplement.
The holiday flat has a private outdoor area with an uncovered terrace, covered terrace and balcony. In addition, the complex is divided into 3 areas, each with a shared swimming pool for public use. The swimming pools are not managed by Menorcarentals so access to them may incur an additional cost. There are also shared outdoor areas with a garden, children's pool, playground and outdoor shower. All communal areas are freely accessible to guests.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is available on the property.

We have improved our conditions of access to the swimming pools of the complex which will be applicable from the season 2025!

Access to the other pools will continue to be available to all guests, however, a minimum charge for access or consumption may be required.

Schöne Wohnung nah am tollen Son Bou Strand
Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk einer angenehmen Ferienanlage in Son Bou. Sie ist ausreichend groß und ausgestattet für 2 Personen (+ evtl. Kinder). Es gibt ein großzügiges Bad mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist eher basic ausgestattet, aber für ein paar Tage war es ausreichend.
Die Kommunikation war prompt und auf Probleme oder Änderungswünsche wurde eingegangen (aus Versehen wurde eine EG Wohnung vorbereitet, was dann korrigiert wurde). Der Blick von der Terrasse Richtung Meerseite war traumhaft schön.
Kleines Manko war das Internet, das leider etwas schwach war.
Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
