"The bathroom door would not stay shut. The mattresses should be turned around or switched out. The mattress closest to the window in 405 in Sitka ak could be switched to a firm mattress."

"The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot "

The home is so warm and welcoming, tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home. There’s even a piano! Two people in our party play piano and guitar and it was fun gathering in the front room, enjoying the view and singing along. Some better than others! Lots of space to find your own private nook to relax and read. If you must work, there’s a desk upstairs overlooking the harbor! Nice inspiration! Would love to stay here again. The property management is top-notch h and responded quickly to every need. Well done!"
