Fantastisk service

Alt ved hotellet var godt, bortset fra maden, som var kedelig og ensformig. Man skal indstille sig på at spise ude om aftenen når mam bor her Flot udsigt, lækker pool, lækker strand med egen badebro med solstole. Vi var særligt imponerede over rengøringen

Everything about the property was good except they had the worse food ever. Type of food I wouldn’t even give a dog to eat. I would actually go to the restaurants around the area to eat. Besides the food being terrible when they would have food it would run out fast so if you got to the buffet late there wouldn’t be much to choose from. They need to definitely bring in better quality food and get rid of the spaghetti and tomato sauce.

Отдыхали 4 дня. Нам все понравилось. Чистота, порядок, персонал приветливый. Отдельно выделим развлекательные программы по вечерам. Ребята молодцы! Еда вкусная. Распорядок питания так расписан, что проголодаться не успеваешь. Так же отметим кондитерское меню. Пироженки были просто пальчики оближешь. Из минусов: Не всегда было свежее пиво. Wi fi слабенький.

Temizlik fena değil ama bu otel bildiğimiz 5 yıldızlı otellerden değil.yemek özellikle çok kötüydü.lezzetsiz ve kırmızı et yönünden sıfır.tatlılar bayat.en çok üzüldüğümde gelen yabancılar bizim yemeklerimizi böyle kötü zannediyorlar.otoparkı yok.ilgilenen ,sahiplenen yok.saldım çayıra mevlam kayıra durumu.animatörcü arkadaşlar ve birkaç kişinin çabası sayesinde sistem yürüyor.onlarda olmasa herşey çöker.eğlence ve samimiyet yönünden bu özverili arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim.

Konaklamamız gayet iyi geçti , animasyon ekibi özellikle çok iyi , animasyondan Kürşata selamlar , sadece resepsiyondaki bayanlar biraz kaba geldi , onuda otelin sorumlusuna ilettim , denenebilecek bir otel, iyi tatiller.

We are SO disappointed.

Cleaning of the room was very good. Waiters service and behavior was also good. Service at the beach was very good. And the building facilities and access to the beach is excellent. However, there where so many things that had reduced this hotel we would say to a tree star hotel. To mention: - The dinner consisted mostly of chicken wings or small fish with a lot of bones, and the lunch the same more days after each other. Very little various food. Light white bread mostly the only for breakfast. Small cakes hard like stones. Grilled turkey mostly like black coal. - A lot of Russian guests emptying food and cakes/fruit very fast. - Wine was served as cold red wine and warm white wine in milk glasses. - Lack of capacity for sfood - cueing up. - Lack of spoons and forks for desert. - Terrible high Turkish or Russian music and entertainment. - In fitness room no paper towels, spray or air, in spite of asking tree times. Could not agree whom was responsible.

1- oda için 1 adet anahtar veriyorlar ikincisi için 10 euro deposit isteniyor. 2-havlular için adet başına 10 euro deposit isteniyor. 3-yemek konusunda şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü otel. yemeklerin yarısını dışarda yedim. otelde de genel olarak spagetti yedim:( 4-İçecekler berbat. soda ve kola dışında birşey içilmez. özellikle meyve suyu bildiğin renkli şekerli su. diskoda içecekler ücretli, yanılmıyorsam plajda alkollü içecekler ücretli. 5--Resepsiyondaki görevliler çok kaba. Dışardan kız arkadaşım yarım saat otele geldi diye 150 tl oda ücreti aldılar.

Шикарный отель. Хороший пляж. Шикарная блондинка на ресепшн. Если едете в этот отель, везите ей селедку и колбасу. Очень просила). Аниматоры хорошие люди, но хороший человек - не профессия...) Еда хорошая, но я не гурман.

Personalet er søde og imødekommende. Forplejningen er ikke god, der er ingen variation i maden. Ingen mulighed for at vælge, der bliver serveret 1 gril ret pr. dag enten makrel, kylling eller tyrkiske frikadeller og al mad blev tilberedt i spiselokalet. Før i tiden blev der virkelig grillet på terrassen med mange forskellige retter, det ser virkelig ud til at men har haft fat i sparekniven. Der er rigtig mange russere og de fylder virkelig meget. På stranddelen må man ikke medbringe alcohol med fra hotellet, hvis man vil ha en kold øl så må man betale.

Prijatan odmor

Nekoliko dana boravka je bilo suncano a nekoliko kisovito i oblacno ,pored takvog vremena smo se bas lepo odmorili relaksirali.Hotel je na lepoj lokaciji pored mora,tako da smo uzivali u jutarnjoj setnji i trcanju,cist vazduh sa mora i prijatno vreme su dodatne vrednosti.Centar grada nije mnogo daleko,oko tridesetak minuta hoda,stanic gradskog prevoza je do hotela i kosta 3 lire (1/2 eura).Hotel je velik i lep,sauna i zatvoreni bazen sa toplom vodom su besplatni,da pomenem bilijar,stoni tenis,stolovi prekriveni cojom za kartanje i okey,usluge masaze se dodatno placaju.Prevoz aerodrom -hotel i obratno je veoma lak i jeftin aerodromskim servisom HAVAS tel 05559851142/dajte telefon recepciji i oni ce pozvat/.Hrana je dobra ,mi smo bili pri kraju sezone (kraj novembra) i ipak je zadovoljavajuce.Za alkoholna pica nemam sta reci jer smo mi antialkoholicari .Osoblje hotela je vrlo ljubazno i uzaci ce vam u susret u svakoj situaciji, mi smo dosli rano u 4 sata ujutru i odmah smo dobili narukvicu za hranu i pice i dobili prinudni smrstaj dok nam se soba ne oslobodi.Pozdrav

Not the best all inclusive hotel after all.. It is okay but after staying at Sunprime C-lounge that is right next to this hotel this was not good. We booked the all inclusive package but needed to pay extra for safety box and the wifi worked just for 2 computers. The receptionist where ot so friendly either. I think that if you book a all inclusive-package the service should also be amazing. C-lounge was great but White gold was not.

Far from five stars

Aircondition did not work. They tried to change our room during the stay. Food was alright but not more, although the desserts were really nice. Small pool area which is always occupied. The evening bar/entertainment was of a surprisingly low standard. The hamam, which is extra, was really worth the money and is recommended.

Extremt dåligt bemötande. Pga. dubbelbokning fick flera i sällskapet byta rum efter en natt, och fick sämre rum än utlovat första natten. Personalen mycket dåliga på engelska, även receptionisterna. Buffén under all kritik, bla serverades kyckling som var helt rå i mitten. Vissa servitörer mycket otrevliga. Efterrätterna bra dock. Städningen var bra, men handdukar byttes inte varje dag. Fräscha lokaler. Dåligt gym. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell. De fem stjärnorna framstår som ett skämt.
