Really dissapointed.

At the beggining manager was not so bad, but when we revealed that there was leak from shower cabin he contacted with the owner and told us that this is normal. Later he came with repairman and starts arguing and was very rude and absolutely disrespectful, bur repairman was nice. After repairing we smell chemical stink from silicone for couple of days. Wi-Fi was not stable and couple of days not working at all. There was leak in the kitchen after using of tap and we must wipe the water. This was because the building is old and pipes system is old too, as we realized. There was two air conditioning and it were new but one of them was working not normal. Some furniture, plates and glasses was new. TV have only Turkish channels and using of two different remote controls was very complicated and irritably. Room is really small. The last more than 24 hours there was lack of hot water till our check out so we don't know how long it was. And all this problems just for 10 days. That's why we are really dissapointed.

Helt ok

Vi ferierte i Side og tok en 3-dagers tur til Alanya for å besøke venner. Relavtivt stor 2-roms leilighet med to sovesofaer. Fordi det kun var AC på soverommet lot vi heller barna ligge inn hos oss. Det rant vann fra dusjen ut på badegulvet og videre ut i gangen. Lærte å leve med det :-) Hyggelig personale!

Simple, cheap room for people with a schedule

While the rooms and were dated and bathrooms were slightly dated, the price and personal service more than makes up for this. Also - and I can't emphasise this enought - no-one tries to sell you anything such as tours, restaurants etc (which is not the case for just about anywhere else in Alanya)! They will leave you alone and you can go and do your own thing. Perfect for singles and couples with a busy schedule (even if this schedule is 'beach', 'dinner' and 'drinks' in town (Alanya). 20 min walking distance to Alanya centre (nice before and after dinner). 1 min walk to the beach. The pool is smallish which will be a drawback for families with children who wont spend that much time in town or at the beach.
