A comfortable hotel. Very reasonably priced for accommodation. Staff spoke good English and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Not far from the beach or from the main drag with lots of shops and restaurants.

Great hotel in Alaniya - just 150m from Kleopatra beach. Clean, modern, great breakfast, nice pool. The only downside: * if you add a guest after booking - it might cost you unreasonably more money, I did not expect that

My stay at Riviera Zen was everything I could wish for. The staff was so nice, they upgraded my room to sea view for free cause they had one availible. The pool area was good and always had free sunbeds. Would recommend

We came to Alanya with my sister for 3 days to relax. We extended our stay 2 more days as we were happier then we expected with our hotel. The staff is wonderful, location is the best (hotel has beautiful pricate beach with great and inexpensive becah menu), rooms were super clean, and open buffet breakfast was with so many great options! We wish we can stay even more. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Clean, quite and lovley service at a location that is less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The welcoming was par with first class where reception went through all the information regarding the facility and was always there to help. We were 2 hours early but had no problem checking in earlier and have our bags taken to the room. If i had to say one less good thing (witch isn't a real thing really) than the pool is big enough to not feel to crowded but not big enough if you would like to swim as exercise.

Was easy to find. We informed them that we needed a car park.. So we parked outside the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. We booked the Junior suite so we had the best view! The suite was very comfortable..And clean. Especially that the weather was hot and humid outside.. So we spent most of the time in the room. We had a coffee tray and a coffee machine. But they do not have regular black tea bags in the room..or any other teas. They only serve Turkish black tea during meals.. And a box of many tea flavours. Food is not allowed in the rooms. The swimming pool was big enough. It's always quiet in the hotel although it's fully booked..and the swimming pool area is always full. No music on the pool area. The location is very good. Walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, teleferik to the castle and the beach is across the road. The hotel provides discounts on beach umbrellas and loungers. Buffet Breakfast was included in our rate, but we enjoyed their dinner at 500tl (13Euros) each. Food is very good and lots of choices.

Fresh hotel

Very nice and fresh with great location. The only negative was that a lot was not included in the all-inclusive, e.g. freshly squeezed juice (which they put next to the artificial juice that was included) beach towels, cocktails, etc.

Great place

We got a very varm welcoming as we came late in the evening. Cleaning was perfect and the room was wery comfy. The staff knows how to make ther guests feeling welcome. We can recommend the hotel if your are looking for a great holiday spot in Alanya.

I stayed 10 days in this hotel, and i was very satisfied. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed frequently. The breakfast, for me, was also satisfying. Most of the time, if i was in Alanya, i stayed in Riviera Hotel, but in the future very probably i will choose this hotel.

Fint værelse, men altan med udsigt til baggård med affald. Blev påtalt ved ankomst, men først over halvvejs fik vi tilbudt andet værelse, - også med baggårds-udsigt. Der måtte ryges overalt på terrasserne, ingen “ikke-ryger-afsnit” i det fri, så vi var passiv-rygere hele perioden. Forslag om et lille røgfrit område blev afvist. Der skulle betales for håndklæder til pool / strand, - ville have været rart at vide på forhånd, så vi kunne have medbragt egne håndklæder. Buffet-restaurantens frokost- og aftensmad var skuffende, - oftest kylling og kødboller i forskellige varianter, nogle dage hele fisk, pommes frites morgen / middag / aften. Og så ville det have været rart at vide, at hotellet bruges meget til charterrejser, - vi havde nok andre forventninger til et 4-stjernet hotel for “adults only”.
