Good Place :)

Really cozy hotel, and family friendly :) - Only downside was the food was not the best, and not such a large selection. - Nice service and staff - but unfortunately they skipped cleaning a little too often. - and a really good boss they have.

Ghost Hotel without water etc.

I was the only guest and the hotel was like taken out of a postapokalytic movie. No water, no service, no cleaning and no other guest's at all. Believe it was about to be demolished due to construction of a new hotel.....at least I hope so 😅

Sıvı sabun yok, Klimalar yeterince soğutmuyor.

2 oda değştirdim ikisinde de katı ya da sıvı sabun yoktu. Klimaları soğutmadığı için oda değiştirdim. Boş oda yeterince varken en tenha en köşe oda verildi. Fatura isyedim 1 hafta oldu iş yerine vermem gerekiyor henüz sönüş yapılmadı.

Sokakta yatın burada kalmayın

Sokakta bankta çimde yatmak daha mantıklı. Otel 1910'lardan gelmiş adeta. Yataklar temiz değil. İlk verdikleri odada çarşaf dahi yoktu söylediğimde unutulmuş olabilir deyip farklı bir oda verdiler. Çok yerde otelde kaldım ama bunun gibi rezalet bir otelde kalmamıştım. Kahvaltı dahil olarak anlaştık bırakın açık büfeyi bir tabakta tamamen hijyenden uzak birkaç şey getiriyorlar. Asla gitmeyin aslaaaa

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi hem Alanya Marinaya yürüme mesafesinde hem de deniz sadece otelin önünde ki yolun karşısında. Otel yetkilisi çok iyiydi her şey ile ilgileniyordu. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve lezzetliydi. Fiyat ve Performans çok iyi.

schlecht gelauntes personal bei der essabgabe. kleine auswahl an essen für ein all inclusive paket. essen schmeckte nach Seniorenfrass. wir mussten oft auswärts essen, da das essen einfach nicht appetitlich war und wir als gäste nicht entscheiden durften, was es zu essen gab. Getränke gab es keine bim essbereich. service um getränk wurde verneint znd wir mussten die getränke 200m weiter beim Pool selber holen. Von der Mentalität her können, die Leute so Kinderfreundlich sein wie sie wollen, aber ein kinderfreundliches Hotel ist es definitiv nicht. sehr viele Katzen unterwegs. Für einen Allergiker, der reine Horror. Es gibt noch unzählige Punkte, aber dann käme diese Rezession einem Roman gleich. UND NEIN.... ES IST NICHT WEGEN CORONA. Dieses Hotel ist ok, aber für ein All Inclusive Paket ist es definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Et enkelt hotel, hvor der er det nødvendige. Rart poolområde. Hotellet ligger tilbagetrukket fra Strandvejen, så der er ingen bilstøj, men 20 m fra dejlig strand

Vi kom till Merhaba och där var det stängt sedan länge utan att hotels.com hört av sig till oss som skulle vara gäster där. Tack vare ansvarstagande personal fick vi byta hotell och bo på ett annat hotell en bit bort där personalen var mycket trevlig och vi fick bungalows att bo i.

En suosittele

Hotelli ei ollut mitään niinkuin kuvissa. Ei uima allasta, todella pieni ränsistyneen näköinen kerrostalo ja hoitamattoman näköinen puutarha. Saavuimme yöllä väsyneinä hotellille, jossa vartija käännytti meidät heti ovella ja kertoi huonolla englannilla että hotelli on tähän aikaan suljettu ja että emme voi lunastaa huonettamme, vaikka varausvahvistuksessa luki että huoneen voi lunastaa klo. 00.00 asti. (Saapuessamme kello oli n. 22.00). Hetken aikaa asiaa selviteltyämme meille oltiin soitettu taksi toiseen hotelliin n. 5km keskustasta poispäin, jossa vietimme loppulomamme. Toisessa hotellissa oli todella surkea aamupala + etäisyys keskustasta oli iso miinus.

Hoitamaton hotelli

Tiesimme, että hotelli on vain 2 tähden hotelli, emmekä odottaneet siltä juuri mitään, mutta silti todella petyimme. Yövyimme hotellissa muutaman päivän, onneksemme. Hotelli oli kauttaaltaan hoitamaton. Hotellia ympäröi hoitamaton "puisto", allas-alue oli epäsiisti ja aurinkotuolit rikkinäiset sekä hyvin likaiset. Uimaan emme uskaltaneet sameaan altaaseen. Huoneessa tuoksui viemäri ja suihku oli rikkinäinen sekä tehoton. Lämmintä vettä sai odottaa todella pitkään. Kaiken lisäksi hotelli veloitti meiltä jo netissä maksetun hotellivarauksen uudestaan. Näytimme hotellille kuitin ja selitimme, että huone on maksettu varauksen yhteydessä, mikään ei auttanut. Onneksi saimme rahamme takaisin Suomessa varauksen järjestäneeltä taholta. Opimme sen, että aina netistä varatessa/ ostaessa lentoja tai hotellia, kannattaa maksaa kaikki luottokortilla, niin saa varmemmin rahansa takaisin mikäli ongelmia tulee.
