Typical all-inclusive holiday experience....

We had a good holiday here with our friends from the UK. Vedat, one of the waiters in the restaurant was a star for us, looking after us extremely well. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there. Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol...

Beautiful hotel and lovely attentive staff. Beach in walking distance, please note it is a pebble beach. The hotel is quite a way from the airport and there is not much in the surrounding area. However loads of activities you can get involved in and regular day/night time entertainment within the hotel. All inclusive is limited to a number of drink options available as part of this. With regards to the food options, I found it to be repetitive and there were not varied options at the snack, beach or dessert bar. Although I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, I wouldn’t return as I didn’t enjoy the food whilst staying there and was too far out to explore Antalya.

Loved this hotel. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly especially Yusuf who could not do enough for you and all with a smile. Food was amazing, something for everyone. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful and clean hotel with potential but wouldn't recommend due to the below: My Husband and I stayed for 7 nights and unfortunately we were let down by the food and how the staff came across. The food was very limited, everyday they had the same dishes and it became very repetetive and frustating. The food hardly had any flavour and it was such a let down,as turkish people normally know how to cook!! You could pick out 2 staff members out of a 60 that really went above and beyond, sad. There was lack of care as to whether the customer is happy or not. As you are serving dinner there are staff members sweeping the floor, how rude.You are not allowed to eat food in the snack bar after 12am as its only for the late comers, this was not something they tell you when you arrive. They just stop you from entering the snack bar - rude. Night entertaiment was absolutely rubbish, the hotel is very boring and staff members did the bare minimum to entertain guests. You can hear the sorrunding hotels having more fun and enjoying, this hotel plays music low as if its a hotel for pensioners. Animation team are constanly annoying guests trying to sell tickets to night clubs and bingo, ever thought that people have already spent alot of money and could do with not getting exploited whilst trying to have their holiday. The Hotel's nightclub stank like poo, the hotel is meant to be all inclusive but, again they are charging guests for drinks at the so called night club.!!!!!!!!!!!
