Good clean hotel with spacious rooms. Slightly set back from main areas but not far to walk. Food let’s them down but that may be because it’s geared more towards Eastern European tastes Reception staff are very helpful and friendly

Kleopatra Ramira- a wonderful holiday in the sun
We arrived very late and the hotel’s reception made us feel immediately welcome. We were taken to our rooms and a simple, late supper was laid out for us. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. The staff were amazing, working long hours to ensure we had the best holiday possible. As it is an all inclusive hotel, all our meals were provided. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. There was always a good selection of food on offer. A special mention to Mehmet, (our singing waiter) who was so attentive and Ziki, the restaurant manager, for his warm hospitality. Alanya itself is well located for the sea and is close to Kleopatra Beach, a very long stretch of sand, complete with bars, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, it is lively, but also full of families. We did not expect much from this holiday, after so many cancellations, we were sceptical that we would even get there, but we did, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Bad experience
Hotel is very compact pools are small and shaded dinning tables around the pool, we had bad experience going this hotel,room we booked never available when we got there and we have to wait 4 hours to get room.

Forferdelig , anbefales IKKE…
Dette hotellet er det verste vi har hatt i Tyrkia. Skittent, alt fra restaurant, rom, bad, dårlig kokk, frokost, middag uappetittlig tilberedt. Hoved bassenget ble vaska 1 gang på 3 uker, bassengområde brukte de 1 bøtte som de skvetta litt vann rundt solsenger. Fulle folk bada med klær og sko fra kl.17:00 - unger og foreldre satt sjokkerte å så på, ingen av personellet reagerte. Dette var forferdelig…

We had an awesome stay at a reasonable price and therefor give this very good rating. Only downsides, beds were a bit hard and there are cats everywhere (bad for allergy and general higene)

Güzel otel kötü yönetim
Genel olarak konforlu ve güzel bir tatildi. Otelin durumu iyiydi. Ancak eksikleri var tabi. Örneğin otelin konaklama kapasitesine göre havuzları küçük ve yetersiz. Resepsiyon ve otel müdürü asık suratlı ve gergin tipler. Tek Türk müşteri biz olduğumuz için böyle nobran davrandıklarını düşünmedim değil. Kesinlikle turizmci kalifikasyonuna sahip değiller. Bunun yanında mutfak bölümündeki şeften aşçıya kadar herkes güler yüzlü ve sıcaktı. Eksi puanların tamamını resepsiyon ve otel müdürüne veriyorum.

Daha çok yabancıların tercih ettiği bir otelmiş bilmiyorduk daha da iyi oldu sakin huzurlu,temiz ve yemeklerde guzeldi 4 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen 5 yıldızlıları pek aratmadı,personel ilgili nezih bir otel teşekkürler 3 gecelik konaklamamizdan memnun ayrıldık

Mükemmel temiz harika yemekler
Otel tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Ama beğendiğim hususları birbir anlatmak gerekirse. Oteldeki personel A'dan Z'ye güleryüzlü, saygılı ve işlerini çok iyi yapan insanlar.Katları temizleyen hanımlar işlerini fevkalade yapıyorlar. Otelin aşçıları işlerine çok titizdiler.Mezelerin zenginliğine özellikle enginara kısıra börülce salatasına bayıldım sıcak yemekler dana eti olsun balık olsun harika lezzetliydi.Hergün yemek değişikliği gerçekten 10 numara idi.Plaja uzak olmasını dert etmeyin sakın.Her yarım saate bir plaja ve plajdan otele ücretsiz servis mevcut.Plajda şezlonglar ücretsiz.Yani plaja olan uzaklığın dezavantajını bana göre avantaja çevirmiş otel yetkilileri.Kaldıki yürümek isterseniz takribi 15 dk yürüyerek plaj otele.Odadaki kitap okumak için duvara monteli ufak lamba balkonlardaki havluluklar çok ufak ama önemli ayrıtılar idi.Ben 13 mayıs 17 mayıs arası kaldım ama son derece memnun ayrıldım. Bir daha yeniden gidersem bu otele giderim.

Tjenerene meget neutrale, ikke et smil eller et hej. Ikke alle er lige gode til engelsk. Mange russer på hotellet, meget respekt løse og grådige ved hvert måltid mad der er, fylder hele deres bord.. Beskidt rundt om bordene ved pool området. Meget ens mad, meget fisk. Pool området og restaurant området meget lille og mangel på plads. Mini Club til børn åbner først 1 juni, selvom hotellet er fyldt booket i maj måned.

Fint hotell nära allt
Det var ett jätte fint hotell som gav mig en helt avslappnad vecka med en riktigt god resturang buffé och sköna hotellrum. På morgonen kan du direkt dyka in i polen eller blicka ut mot de fina bergen som har en bra utsikt från hotellet. Men rum städningen kunde ha varit mycket bättre. Så därför ger jag hotellet fyra av fem stjärnor.

Nice hotel but far from beach and clubs
Internet was vreselijk, hotel was ver van strand en stad, dagelijks de taksi moeten nemen of de shuttle service van hotel zelf. Voor de rest perfecte hotel, alleen jammer van de ligging. Personeel was erg aardig, eten was 10/10 en de kamers zijn comfortabel en erg ruim.

Overordnet godt hotel! Manden der fortæller om massagepriser er dog lidt påtrængende og bliver sur, hvis man siger nej. Ellers god mad og værelser og personale. Den private strand ligger ikke lige i baghaven, som det kan give udtryk til på hjemmesiden, men hotellet har en shuttlebus til stranden.

Erittäin siisti hotelli ja kattava all inclusive. Huoneet erittäin siistit. Hotelli hieman syrjässä mutta kuitenkin kävelyetäisyydellä läheisistä ravintoloista ja rannalta.

En riktigt lat semester.
Pga.sjukdom höll jag mig mest på hotellet och poolen, som var bra. En gång åkte jag med skyttelbussen till havet. En härlig sandstrand, men vattnet var 30 grader varmt. Inte så roligt. Eljest bra mat, underhållning på kvällarna.

Super godt hotel
Ramira er et super godt hotel, som er placeret godt i Alanya. Hotellet ligger ikke helt nede ved stranden, men flere gange om dagen går der en bus direkte til stranden, hvor der er et område til hotellets gæster - man skal altså ikke betale for solsengene. Dette er meget aktuelt i højsæsonen, da alle hotellets gæster ikke kan være ved poolen. Hotellet havde et stort udvalg af mad, både til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad - så der var noget for alle. Værelserne var super flotte og rene - sengene var dog lidt hårde. Vil klart anbefale dette hotel til andre.
