I have traveled the world and this was one of the worst hotel i have ever experienced , unfortunately it was very bad experience with them we booked the room online and when we arrived we realized that the room was not the same as the picture they viewed and when we asked for a better room they charged us more money!!, the room was very old the bedsheets was old broken and smells really bad !! The whole rooms in the hotel smells drainage we couldnt sleep comfortably!! The woman who is cleaning the room were cleaning the floor with the same toilet floor towel!! Any request we did they were always answering there is no room service!! The towels they provided us was old and damaged!! Even there was no tissues or a bin in the room ! The fridge was sooo old and not cooling! AC conditioner was always turned off whenever we open the balcony! So we needed to smell the dranage whenever we enter the room! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. OVER RATED

Hotels.com sayesinde uygun fiyata ayarladığım bu tatilden memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Otel odaları temizdi. Klima ve duşta sorun yaşamadık. Fakat otelin yemekleri lezzetli değildi ve çoğunlukla öğle ve akşam yemekleri aynıydı. Et türü yemeklerden uzak durmaya çalıştım. Bar çalışanının hizmet ile ilgili eğitim almaya ihtiyacı var. Güler yüzden yoksun, hizmet etmeye yüksünen bir çalışandı. Her şey dahilin içindeki Soft içecekler soğuk değildi. Zaten barmen yüksünerek veriyordu. 3-4 gündür dışarda bekleyen kolalar gazozlar veriliyor.

Dyrt wifi samt att duschen (stången) gick sönder ingen respons efter en vecka gav vi upp. Samt att transfer skulle kosta 380 tl ist för 250 tl med det fixade sig efter vår protest.

Отдых в отеле понравился. Пляж отличный, вода очень чистая. Набережная красивая и удобная для прогулок. Питание тоже понравилось, дают много зелени. Вкусный и свежий хлеб каждый день.

Habe noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel gebucht. Personal unfreundlich, essen soweit okay, aber kein ordentliches Obst,nur Pflaumen und kleine Äpfel, eine kuchensorte die man nicht essen könnte, da sie nur voll Öl gesaugt waren. Zimmer total abgewöhnt, Dusche war ne Katastrophe, Fernsehgerät ging gar nicht. Bar geöffnet bis 22 Uhr. 2minuten vor 22 Uhr gab es nichts mehr. Das einzige positive war der kurze weg zum sehr schönen Strand.

Aamupala melko heikko. Parasta hotellissa on sijainti lähellä Kleopatra rantaa. All inclusive hyvin vaatimaton ja lasit, kupit ja ruoat oli usein loppu. Sinänsä ajoi kyllä asiansa ja edullisuutensa vuoksi ihan ok valinta.

very poor and disappointing hotel

1.Shower was bad . Broken shower door and handle . 2. Air condition was so bad and very hot and takes soo long to cool the room 3. Buffet was so bad . 4. Lift is too small and too slow 5. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 6. Wifi is terrribe and doesn't work at all ! 7. I had to pay extra money to get a second key for our room 8. There is no secure room to leave luggage 9. Swimming room is too small
