Very nice place for the price paid

Very pleasant hotel. Nice location close to the beach. Food selection limited, but good quality overall. Mostly friendly staff except one person at the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Un potentiel fabuleux. Très bien situé, face à la plage, et pas loin du centre ville. Chambre très bien, moderne. Restauration et all inclusive très faibles. Directeur très antipathique, rajoute des suppléments à payer en liquide, et sans facture, à l'arrivée...en plus de la wifi, qui était indiquée payante. Aucun sourire du personnel, pas de bonjour, à part les femmes de chambre. Barmen débutants et non formés, pas assez de choix de plats pour les repas. Pas de cocktail, à part gin tonic...que ne savent pas préparer les jeunes serveurs. Aucune ambiance, tout le personnel à l'air épuisé et malheureux...le directeur a même décidé de fermer la piscine à 18 heures,au lieu de 23 heures... c'est vraiment dommage cette mauvaise gestion de l'établissement et du personnel...

Ich würde diesem Hotel maximal 3 Sterne geben. Die Zimmer sind okay. Die ersten 3 Tage wurde nicht aufgeräumt und keine Handtücher ausgetauscht. Das Personal überwiegend unfreundlich. Die Masseure die da ständig vor dem Aufzug werben, sind sehr aufdringlich und frech. Das essen ist praktisch immer gleich und schmeckt selten gut. Die Kellner reißen dir praktisch die Teller vom Tisch wenn man gerade mal aufgegessen hat oder sogar wenn man nicht zu Ende gespeist hat. Der Aufzug ist sehr langsam für diese Anzahl an Gästen, es ist klein und drinnen ist immer sehr heiss. Die Liegen mit Schirmen auf dem Strand werden doppelt so teuer verkauft als bei den Nachbarn. Mein Transfer musste ich selbst organisieren, an der Rezeption wollte man mir den Transfer für 110€ verkaufen, ich habe dann im Internet ein Transfer für 15 € gefunden. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel reicht das auf gar keinen Fall nicht, vor allem nicht bei so einem Service und so einer Küche.

We met two issues: 1. We paid extra for a room with a sea view.Even after asking Hotel staff multiply times we were given a pool view room (Room 1206). No explanation,no compensation. 2.Also after asking multiply times we were not provided with any toiletries like soap and shampoo. Hotel staff was not helpful.Management was not available. We stay from 09/04/2019 to 09/09/2019

Poor hotel overall You have to pay to use the beach no free beds or umbrellas and drinks are NOT free at the beach bar disappointing considering it’s supposed to be an all inclusive hotel. The food is awful take note of the reviews am not fussy but not good at all small selection and same everyday. The pool area is shaded allday so no sunbathing. Room was a good size and cleaned everyday. Overall staff and cleaners were pleasant and helpful. No evening entertainment apart from one night in the week I was there just trying to sell you overpriced leather goods with a few dancers not good.

Værelserne var pæne og rene. Men det er ABSOLUT IKKE sine 4 stjerner værd! Max 1-2 stjerner! Maden er ringe og med et yderst begrænset udvalg!!!! Poolen var ikke gjort sæsonklar. Der var grønne alger i vandet!!!! Ikke en eneste dag fjernede de blade og insekter fra poolen eller fejede rent omkring poolen. Aircondition larmede meget og hylede også i ind i mellem. Man kunne ikke sidde på altanen fra larm fra motoren til aircondition. Toiletbrættet var løst og der var huller i de gamle brune tæpper, man skulle sove med. Jeg vender ikke tilbage hertil og vil heller aldrig anbefale det til andre.

Hotel Personal ist Freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und gerne hilfsbereit. Rezeption Mitarbeiter können gut Deutsch sprechen. Besonders Freundlichen und hilfsbereit war der Herr Faty in Rezeption. Sein Freundlichen Begrüßung und warm Empfang in Rezeption hat unsere ganze Familie Freude verbreitet. First time in alanya loved the area beautiful views of the sea as our room was on the front Staff very helpful My sister lives in alanya so was at the hotel when we arrived which was great as we were not met at airport by tour company managed to get on a bus going to alanya lucky I had Turkish lire to pay driver very unwelcoming threw us off on reaching alanya we didn't know where we were he said get a taxi we had been travelling all the way from Ireland using my Irish phone costing roaming charges contacted my sister who came and got us .We booked our own transfer back .Never saw a rep from the company during our stay .On our overnight in Gatwick we had to sort our own flights as they were not correct as we discovered on line

Kaikki palvelut pelasi niin kuin sovittu.

Hotelli hyvä, ruoka oli hyvää. Henkilökunta mukava, auttavainen ja ystävällinen eritoten Chef Ayhan Tasli. Uima-allasalue hyvä ja siisti. Hotellin parturi ja kosmetologi olivat ihania ja hinnat kohtuullisia. Hotellin hieroja oli myös hyvä Olin tällä hotellilla nyt toista kertaa ja voisin mennä uudestaan

Fint hotel tæt ved strand og tæt ved centrum

Fint hotel, eneste mangler er aircondition i hotellet ud over værelserne som selv har dette, samt meget ensformet mad, som ellers smager fint.
