Bra hotell!

Jätte bra och god mat med stor variation. Rummen håller bra standard. Jätte nära till stranden och till centrum. Vi är mycket nöjda!

The först hotel

Booked all inclusive but the food was really disgusting and they almost have same food every day so I only ate out in restaurants. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all and There was no quilt just thin blanket and AC worked badly. The pictures in Expidia show that the hotel is really nice, big and have nice food, but in reality everything was opposite. I don't recommend this hotel even if it is cheap you will spend more money to eating out and doing things out because there is no activity at the hotel.

Läget var utmärkt, nära stranden och city.

vi valde detta hotel pga att det fans internet på hela hotellet och även på rummen, så vi tänkte att vi kunde jobba lite på kvällarna,men det var det sämsta internet som jag har varit med om. Falsk marknadsföring (underkänd)

Super schönes Hotel!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Gleich bei Check In wurden wir äußerst freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war Top modern eingerichtet, Riesen Dusche, bequeme Betten und vor allem war es sehr sauber! Das essen war gut. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Um den Strand zu erreichen musste man nur über die Straße gehen (ca. 2 min) Der Strand ist traumhaft und sehr sauber. Liegen und Schirm gab es für einen Tag kostenlos! (Ohne dass iwelche Gegenleistungen von uns erwartet wurden!!) Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Hoteleigene Hamam! Man kann es kostenlos benutzen oder verschiedene Pakete buchen. Wir hatten das Vollprogramm für 50€. Es enthielt Sauna, Tropendusche, Dampfbad, Hamam mit Ganzkörper-Peeling und Schaumbehandlung, eine Gesichtsmaske und eine 1-stündige Massage die aus Shiatsu-, Hot-Stone-, und Aroma-Therapy-Oil-Massage bestand. Ein Traum! Ich kann das Hotel nur herzlichst empfehlen!

Fin beliggenhed

Dårlig oplevelse ved tjek ind, modtaget af en en sur og meget lidt service mindet receptionist, vi blev anvist et mindre værelse, end det vi havde booket og betalt for til 3 pers. blev henvist til deres søster hotel, hvilket vi selvfølgelig ikke ville godtage, sagde vi ønskede det bookede værelse, med hav el. bjerg udsigt som beskrevet, hvilket ikke kunne lade sig gøre, trods der var en del ledige værelser, men vi kunne blive opgraderet til et større værelse mod ekstra betaling, hvilket vi ikke ville. Så vi kontaktede hotels for hjælp til at løse problemet, de var yderst professionel og kompetent sød vejledning tak, efter hotels havde kontaktet hotellet, fik vi anvist et værelse lidt mindre end det bookede, og med udsigt til muren på nabo hotellet, vi orkede ikke at klage igen, det her skulle ikke ødelægge vores ferie. Servicen, kvaliteten og standarden på hotellet var faldet et niveau i forhold til de sidste 1 1/2 år. Rengørings niveau skal være bedre, på 9 dage stort set ikke fejet/støvsuget eller vasket gulv, ikke fyldt drikkevand op på værelse skulle rykke for det. Et All. Incl hotel på 4****. Måske de har sat en stjerne overstyr. Det er ellers et hotel vi har gæstet mange gange og har været glad for at bo på, det har en fin beliggenhed, tæt på alting, deres buffe og live cooking har altid været godt. Men desværre denne gang var hotellet ikke til UG, lidt for mange minusser rundt omkring.

Fint hotell, strand, trevlig personal och god mat.

Det är ett fint hotell med jättefin privat strand. God mat och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Man får mycket tilltugg och dricka vid polen och där finns solstolar och parasoller vilket är jättebra.

Rummet var fint. Nära till stranden som är fin med härlig sand och vågor. Mycket skrik och spring i korridorerna fram till 5 på morgonen :( Buffen fylldes inte på under öppettiden så det gällde vara på plats när det öppnade. Stod i broschyren på rummet att det skulle ingå 1,5 liter vanligt vatten per person i minibaren men man fick endast 0,5 liter per person. WiFi fungerade knappt... Sängkläderna var ett stort skämt som att sova med ett tunt badlakan över sig.

Härligt hotell med perfekt läge...

Trevlig hotell, med utmärkt läge och fina rum. Även maten är bra och dos service. Sonen uppskattade att det fanns bordtennisbord inomhus.

God mat & fin utsikt.

Vi var där på familjeresa i 4 kvällar och vi tyckte att det var en väldigt bra vistelse. Deras mat var väldigt god och man kunde variera en hel del. Läget var bra nära shopping och fin utsikt med kleopatra stranden som utsikt. Det enda negativa jag upplevde var deras wi-fi.

Hyvällä sijainnilla, omalla ranta-alueella oleva hotelli All inclusive periaatteella toimiva. Ruokatarjoilu riittävä ja monipuolinen, hieman toistaa itseään menu viikon reissulla, mutta pärjää.Juomaa saa koko päivän ajan, "baarimikot" hieman ylimielisiä paukkujen teossa..... Huoneet hieman ahtaita, sängyt erittäin kovat ja uusimisen tarpeessa, lattialaminaatit irvistelevät, mutta ei haittaa muuten. Huoneiden siivous oli vähän hakusessa välillä, jäipä jopa tekemättäkin kokonaan.Pesuhuoneesta ei lattioita siivottu joka kerta jne. Ehkä tähdet *** tai ***+ ei ****. Respasta pyydettiin lisätyynyä ja muutamaa hengaria lisää, eivät toimittaneet vaikka lupasivat......

Nice central hotel at the Kleopatra beach.

Great food! OK drinks. We were also allowed to use the sister-hotel Grand Zaman Garden free of charge. This we were told by other guests. We asked our reception, but they said no, but the Garden reception said yes!! The hotel is close to the beach and the center of Alanya. 20 min. walk to the harbor. On the negative side, we have to mention the staff. Not overfriendly, and not overenthusiastic in the way they served their guest. We had to pay normal price for sunbeds, food and drinks at the beach. This could have been free of charge or to a special price for the guests. Remember to bring Lira and not Euro to the beach. They used a terrible exchange rate. The worst experience was the spa! We were talked into a better and longer (and more expensive) treatment, but in the end we got the quicker and 16 € cheaper treatment. Go for the 29 € treatment…. if you go at all. Both my wife and I were told that we needed another treatment (to a special low price for us). We refused. I found the quality of the treatment good, but my wife got a too hard treatment, and had problems with her back for a couple of days. All in all, we will recommend this hotel! Nice and clean, and it has a modern style. Worth the money. The best surprise was the great food!!!

Bra läge, mat och personal, hemska sängar.

Vi anlände sent på natten och det blev strul - se till att boka långt innan då de inte ser bokningar gjorda senaste 24 timmarna. Läget, buffén och maten var väldigt bra. Olika priser för olika kunder när man skulle på massage, så kolla upp det noga. Även lite otrevlig personal som tjafsade med en för man hade "fel" nationalitet, var gärna så anonyma som de går för att slippa problem.

Enjoyed the stay, own private beach, plenty of food to eat & snack, Manager very helpful when we needed to cut short our stay due to emergency at home, plenty of taxi's available, would return here for longer stay.
