This is family hotel, everything made for kids fun. But... almost all adult smoked. You can smoke everywhere, next to children, babies. I think this is disgusting. Food is everyday the same. nothing was good. No fruits, just apples and oranges. But outside the hotel you can buy everything - fruits and more. And then I got food poisoning, stayed in the hospital in Turkey and in NJ when I came home. So I spent so much money and got no injoy, bad vacation. It was my dream go to Turkey. Soooo Very upset and angry

I was disappointed about this vacation. The beds are old and mattresses like a brick. Sheets and towels very used and feel like sand paper. Flight got delayed and by the time we got to the hotel at midnight and they have no food for people Who arrived late. Our kids were extremely hungry. Thank god for local open places we managed to purchase some food. There is no pool towels, you have to rent it, 1 euro per day. Depending where you come from prices changes with the country Of your origin. A lady from Russia was charged 7$ to rent towel. I paid euro and kept tell for entire week Recommend to buy towel from Local stores 5-9 euro or bring your own. Food okay, lots of variety but same everyday, no seafood. I expected more seafood products for dinner. Breach: water is great assigned beach walking distance 5-7 min, not bad. Gives opportunity to look at local stores. Beach very dirty, lots of cigarettes buts in sand. Transfer to Antalya about 2.5-3 hrs.

Bayram süresince konakladık. Beklentimizi düşük tutup gitmiştik ama bölgede daha önce kaldığımız aynı yıldızda otellere göre gayet başarılı. Aquaparkı, çocuk eğlenceleri, aktiviteler ve çocuk parkı başarılı. Yemek yönünden de çeşit fazla. Sulu yemeği, makarna,pilav, et, balık günlük çıkıyordu aç kalınmaz. Kalabalık bir otel, yabancı turist çoğunlukta. Kendine ait plajı var şezlong ve şemsiyesi ücretsizdi. Plajda soft içecek kahve su ücretsiz. Havuzbaşında ve restoranda içecekler iyiydi. Suyun sebilde olması biraz tuhafıma gitti ama kalabalıkta tek kullanımlık pet bardakta olması fazla israfa yol açacaktı. Snack barda da genelde aynı aperatifler çıkıyor sıcak ama. Gözlemeci abla çok güzel yapıyordu. En kötü şeyde kalabalık nedeniyle havuz ve şezlong yetersiz kalıyor. Sabah uyanıp havlu atanlardan zor yer buluyorsunuz. Tam bir çocuk oteli. Kafa dinlemek için değil çocuğunuzu eğlendirmek için gidebilirsiniz. Denize 400-500 metre uzakta yormuyor ,yürünebilir. Otel Bölge olarakta hareketli bir konumda. Havlular 3 güne 1 değişiyor. Odada 3 gece kaldık 1 kere temizlenmişti. Genel anlamda otel kalabalık ama bizim için yeterli bir tatildi. O bölgede Aynı segmentte bir otele gidecek olsam tekrar deneyebilirim. Ek olarak gidecek kişiler odanızı ana binada tercih ediniz. Tüm hizmet eden personele teşekkür ederiz.

Blue wave ikinci evimiz oldu 😉

Herşey çok güzeldi özellikle çocuklar için Aquapark deneyimi süper oldu. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Personeller güler yüzlü tüm bar ve restoran ekibi kısacası tüm çalışanlar animasyon ekibi dahil. Kısacası tekrar gitmek için plan yapıyoruz şimdiden 🙏🙏🙂

Fiyatına göre verilen hizmet yerinde. Odalar temiz, yemekler de çok fazla çeşit yok fakat lezzetli. Tam bir çocuk oteli. Aquaparkı, aktiviteleri ve akşam eğlenceleri...Yoğun iş temposundan sonra dinlenmek çok iyi geldi. Resepsiyon personeli deneyim sahibi olmalı. Giriş otelin yüzüdür. İlgi ve alaka ödediğin konaklama ücreti ile esas burada. Personeller işini yapıyor, müşteri memnuniyeti arka planda. Çalışanlar çoğunlukla genç. Alışık olduğunuz her şey dahil konsepti burada; yerli içecekler konaklamaya dahil, yerli alkollü kokteyller ekstra, malesef türk kahvesi de ücretli. Makinesine kahveleri konaklamaya dahil. Odalarda terlik yok, banyoda kişisel hijyen (kulak çöpü, makyaj temizleme pamuğu) yok, su ısıtıcısı ve paket çay, kahve hizmeti yok. Otelin en mükemmel yanı fiyatı ve de aquaparkı.

Det var den perfekt beliggenhed, tæt på alt. Meget dejlig personale og hjælpsomme, meget god mad med en stor udvalg til hver smag. Anbefale dette hotel især til familie med børn. Generelt 10/10, udover Wi-fi som var meget svag.

The size of the property was okey but, what was bad about is. No air conditioning one bedroom, the kitchen we could not used for our baby for example. To clean baby both and it didn’t had kettle or microwave. Family who have children or babies not good for them. The restaurant staff are rude even the manger called Mustafa he is really rude. The food not so good.

Les draps ne sont pas changés pendant notre séjour, les serviettes encore moins ...il en on pas assez et on nous fait comprendre qu'il faut faire avec ...nul!! Un réceptionniste a lunettes et désagréable et le moindres soucis il demande automatiquement que l'on paie.. sinon le reste du personnel sont tous excellent et souriant..

Super søde personale, god service, god mad, ren og pæne værelser, god underholdning for børn og voknse, det eneste minus er at folk ryger omkring poolen og cafeen uden for, jeg ville ønske at der var rygezoner, så alle kan nyde solen uden røg.

Commençons par les mauvais points : .Climatisation payante dans la chambre (caution de 25 TL), .Une seule carte pour ouvrir la chambre, la seconde est payante à 25 TL (non remboursable), .Nourriture : peu de choix et très peu variée d'un jour à l'autre, .Boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées : coupées à l'eau donc aucun goût, .Climatisation de l'hôtel : rien à l'accueil, dans l'ascenseur, les parties communes ni au restaurant donc chaleur très présente partout et très déagréable en mangeant et partout en général, .Piscine : petite et très chaude; nos enfants sont tombés malades dû au mauvais nettoyage voire pas du tout de la piscine (otite), le même sable au même emplacement était présent tout au long de notre séjour; ce qui renforce l'idée que la piscine n'était pas nettoyée, .Relations clients : on n'était abordé que pour nous proposer des activités payantes, .Staff de l'hôtel : pas du tout agréable à part au bar et à la sécurité. Bons points : Aucun.

Nicht mal 1 Nacht

Wir wollten nur mal eine Nacht das Hotel probieren. Es war eine große Enttäuschung. Positiv, das nette Personal und der Spa. Der Rest: Katastrophe. Zimmer hatte überall noch Haare und Staub auf dem Laminat. Das Nachbarzimmer war nur Kirch eine Pappwand getrennt. Man hörte jedes Wort. Essen langweilig, Essensraum wie in einer Unimensa. Trotz All Inclusive öffnete die Poolbar (auch einzige Bar) erst um 10 Uhr. Vom Restaurant 40m bis da hin??? Also wer ein Bier zum Essen wollte, der musste das Restaurant verlassen und hinlaufen. UND!!!! ANSTELLEN! 1 Kellner, der alle bediente. Ca. 10 Leute dann immer vor einem. Lächerlich. Zudem 99% Russen. Vielleicht auf den ersten Blick günstig. Ich kann aber nur von abraten.

Hyvä sijainti, ei kuitenkaan perhelomahotelli

Olimme reissulla 4 hlö perheen kanssa joista nuorin oli 4kk. Sijainniltaan hotelli oli erinomainen ja siisteydestä plussaa mutta muutamia epäkohtia mistä emme välittäneet. Ruoka oli yksipuolista syödä viikon, musiikki pauhoi aamusta iltaan todella kovaa ja moni asia jäi hotellin henkilökunnalta hoitamatta koska englanti on heillä melko huonoa. Hotelli oli kokonaan venäläisten valtaama eli henkilökunta puhui täydellisesti sitä. Voisin kuvitella matkaavani hotelliin kaveriporukalla edullisen juoman äärelle mutta en perhelomalle.
