Welcome to your cozy ski lodge on 10 wooded acres, with a spacious 2500 sq-ft layout, perfect for large groups and just minutes from The Highlands and Nub’s Nob.

Enjoy two outdoor firepits, an indoor electric fireplace, boot warmers, smart TVs in every room and a huge sectional for movie nights.

Whether you’re chasing fresh powder, sipping cocoa by the fire, or watching snow fall under the twinkle lights, this home is made for unforgettable winter memories.

Inside, you’ll find modern comfort meets rustic charm, with room for up to 12 guests across three levels:

Upstairs Loft: Open layout with two spacious king beds and room dividers for privacy, Roku TVs, and a full bathroom with tub.

Main Floor: Queen bedroom with Roku TV, another full bathroom with tub, and an open living area with a huge L couch, a 60" Roku TV, electrical fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table perfect for family meals.

Lower level: 65" Roku TV & large sectional, perfect for movie nights, one full bed and two full bunk beds (each sleeping two), bringing total occupancy up to 12.

Every room has its own TV, and cozy touches throughout, plus oversized couches in the living room and lower level, double as extra sleeping space when needed.

This was one of the most gorgeous, homey rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The furniture and decor was SPOT ON! I kept thinking about how I’d love to live there :) the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was an unexpected and wonderful touch. My kids loved the big cozy basement and picking wild blackberries from the backyard. The beds and bedding were soft and very comfortable (a huge bonus for us!). It was honestly perfect. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke detector at 5am.. that was not how we wanted to wake up, especially since my husband has been working 15 hour days. It would probably be a good idea to put battery replacement for those on a schedule so other guests don’t run into that problem. I understand the oversight though! All in all an incredible rental and property (and I’ve stayed in many!). We would love to visit again one day!
